I went to Bojangles Friday night to get a grilled rice bowl. The rice tastes burnt. I brought the bowl back again they fixed it. Once i got home and tried to eat the bowl I couldnât because the rice still tastes burnt Instead of going back i called in and spoke with shift manager Gorgia, she asked my name and told me she would put my name into the employee group chat and told come back tomorrow and just give them my name they would replace it. Gorgia then stated just come back tomorrow 2/15/2025 I come in at 2pm I got there today 2/15/25 and told the employee I came to pick up a rice bowl and my name should be in the employee chat The young lady then told the Store manager Penny what I was there for. Penny was very rude when she approached me her first words were âwe already gave those bowls awayâ someone already came to pick them up. I was so confused I then told penny no maâam that wasnât me Gorgia told me to come in today and she would replace my bowl. She shouted over me and said she was not giving me anything. I told penny this wasnât fair and it wasnât right. I then asked her what was the name the person gave you? She couldnât tell me. I said well maâam I order my bowls special how was the bowls made that the other person picked up? Once again she couldnât tell not tell me. She then called the owner Iâm assuming and passed me her phone to talk to him. While I was explaining the situation to the owner Penny was shouting yelling at me in the background he also heard her. Once I gave her the phone back she told him she wasnât giving me anything. She told another employee to make my food. She was very rude yelling to other employees rude things about me. I spend a lot of money weekly at this Bojangles itâs literally two minutes away from my house Unfortunately I will never spend another dime here I will travel far for great service. Iâve never been treated like this by a store manager EVER Iâm not sure if penny was having a bad day or if this is how she speaks to customers.    Read moreWas around 8:30 pm. No cars in the parking lot no one in the restaurant or the drive thru. So I pulled throuh the drive thru. Tried to place my order ...even though i have good hearing i could not hardly hear the person on the com.. due to the loud voices and music in the background. After having to repeat my order many...ugh. ..many times ..i was somewhat satisfied it was undetstood. I was given a total of $19.23. The total did not sound CORRECT to me ...mainly because i have ordered this exact same order for years. So i pulled around and began to question it. Turns out good that i did because in fact they were about to give me items of an even lower price. (I.e. a wing instead of a breast. Still though the person at the window insisted on the $19.23 previously quoted. Of course. Now they had an additude. Especially when i asked for a receipt. So i paid and pulled away to examine my receipt. Found the error. I was charged for 2 drinks that should have been included and come with the meals. For a total of around $5 extra ...which made the purchase. %25 more than it should have been. Yes %25 more. ... And not a mistake. ...I tried to tell them ...they insisted on the price. Think know one knows its an old school scam. Over charge. ..latter void the ticket. Redo the ticket minus the over charge and pocket the money. Meanwhile i was left with a horrible food experience. Even though i am a person who seldom complains, in fact very often I tip fast food workers at the window. $1-$5.Friends have called me idiot for tipping like that ...still i feel they provide a valueable service and are underappreciated as well as under paid. This particular visit to Bojangles was nothing short of robbery. I will not return to this location even though it is the closet to me.    Read moreI ordered a wing dinner from the AI and I noticed it was another charge for a small drink so I wanted to clarify when I got to the window. When I pulled up to the window it was mentioned that food would take 10 minutes and when I asked about the extra charge I saw on the screen she said that I didnât get charged and never gave me my receipt and instead gave me two medium drinks since they didnât have the small cups. I sat outside for over 15 minutes and during the wait there was a unhoused man which scared me by my car to then go inside. I even saw the lady walk from her register to go outside and come back inside which was very disappointing. After not receiving the meal since she said she would come out I waited another 10 minutes inside just for the manager (Iâm assuming) to kindly ask me for my meal. When I told her my meal she immediately gave it to me. The food was not hot to me. This was a very overall horrible customer service and scary experience and I really did enjoy this fast food restaurant until today. I will NOT be coming here again for safety and customer service (except for the manager) reason. Please reevaluate this because I use to work at another location years ago and we never treated...
