Normally I am not one to write reviews, however, I am hoping management reads this so they are able to change a few things. I am a loyal customer to this particular Jersey Mike's. It is so convenient during lunch time, and normally, I have a fine experience. If you have ever been here during lunch, you know it is crowded (good sign). Typically they have everything under control with great customer service and quality. I have been there the past 2 days and it has been total chaos. Yesterday (7/22/15) I went in during the lunch rush, so I expected to wait. After waiting in a long line that wrapped around the restaurant, they tell me they don't have turkey. So in a scramble, I ordered chicken and decided to get it in a tub. Lets just say my sub in a tub was below par! I barely had lettuce to cover the bottom of the tub and I only had one tomato, and two cucumbers. The chicken was also weird and just not good. I figured everyone has bad experiences so I brushed it off. Well today (7/23) I decided to go back and order a turkey sandwich. I ordered it online this time as to avoid the long line. I arrived later than the scheduled time and the sandwich still hadn't been made. I did not mind because I knew they were busy. As they were rushing, they completely made both sandwiches wrong. Again, I am not one to complain but it is disappointing when you get back to work with the wrong sandwich. I don't know what happened to this particular Jersey Mike's during lunch, but I wish they would get more help and return to the way...

Boy how things can change in just a month or two. Stopped by last week and the first thing I noticed was the music playing so loud I started to turn around and leave. Went ahead and ordered and one of the new guys acted like it bothered him to have to prepare a sandwich. Didn't say thank you, have a nice day, or even kiss my arse when I checked out. I had to practically scream over the loud music to even communicate with this guy.
I grabbed my sandwich to go sit down and there wasn't a clean table in the store. It looked like they hadn't been wiped clean all day. After wiping off a table I asked the other new guy behind the counter if he could turn the music down a bit. He looked discussed and after another minute or two he finally turned it down ... BARELY! I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
I used to eat at this JM's at least once a week because it's convenient to work. Luckily for me there are all kinds of new places opening up to eat at within a couple of minutes of this location, including McAlister's. Doubtful I will ever step foot in this Jersey...
Read moreMy experience at Jersey Mike's was horrible. I walked in and was in line and I am African American. The two people behind me, one female and the other male, both caucasions orders were taken before me. It took one of the cooks to ask if I even ordered yet. As he saw that I did not want to get upset and cause a scene, he took my order. When I asked if I could speak to the manager, the reply was he is too busy for your concern. I think a racial issue is a concern. The third person behind me was African American as well and he was treated the same way. He stated he will not return and I told him that I will write a review of my experience. When I paid for my meal, it came up to $10.00 even but the when the person directly behind me paid for hers; in which she received the same thing that I did, it was $7.23. Really Jersey Mike's. My family and I go to the one on University in Charlotte, NC all the time and we are treated with such respect and courtesy that it bothers me that I was treated this way. I will write a review on all sites until my situation is resolved. Not happy at all...will not return...and I still have not received a call back from the manager or the district manager...will take further...
