This Jersey Mike's could do no wrong during their early period of operation but as time has gone on it seems the hiring practice has become a bit cavalier. The sandwiches are great and fresh. Yet increasingly too pricey for what you get. Maybe new employees should be supervised while making sandwiches, because I've gotten a few that were close to being salads as the contents were barely in the bread. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt by suggesting it's isolated to new employees Also, it's a gamble when you order online and customize what you want or don't want on your sandwich. You get your sandwich home and realize they didn't even look at that part of your order. I don't believe they've gone too far left to turn back right. Simply administer some investigative research to the operation and tweak it. But I have to mention the pricing again. Today is 9/21/24 7:20 pm. The staff at work right now should be retrained or fired! No one greeted me when I came in. I felt like I was bothering them. The girl with the long ponytail was messing with her hair near the food station. The guy with the small twists always acts like he does not want to be there. Last time my sandwich barely had meat in it. This time he was going to give me bread that was laying on the counter. I asked if I could get a different piece, he said he had just laid it right there, and looked at me like I was crazy. I left without anything. I refuse to pay for poor food, and even worse service. Visited this location for about a year. Obviously keep going back for a reason. The facility is always kept clean (bathrooms and dining room). The staff no matter who waits on me is always friendly and when not terribly busy asks about my day. The crew works hard to get your order completed in a timely manner. Management is friendly and knowledgeable and have seen a number of them promoted within the organization into higher management positions (says a lot).
