Greetings Area Management & Corporate Operations:
Today, 9/9/2018, we visited this store for the first time. After leaving the drive thru, and ordering a #4 and #14 we returned home. Upon opening our sandwiches, we realized that both orders were wrong. The #14 had ham, instead of roast beef and both sandwiches did not have the proper toppings. We order the exact sandwich each time we return to Jimmy Johns and were dismayed about the error.
Being that we have an over 10 year relationship with the sandwich shop I returned to the store. Having to spend my time and fuel to return to the store wasn't ideal, however I wanted to make sure my sandwich was correct and to receive a refund for the aforementioned time and fuel costs.
To my dismay Amber, the Assistant Manager, was not very welcoming and knowledgeable on company policy. Tre, Assistant Manager, stepped and offered me a soda while I waited for Amber to reach out to the GM, Justin.
Upon waiting for 30 minutes, I was presented with two options, to have my sandwiches remade, or receive a refund. My questions simple, what are you going to do to compensate me for my time and fuel due to your oversight on my order.
After requesting to speak with the GM, Justin, I received the same dismissal and no accommodations for the error. The attitudes I received are not what I have come to expect from such a world class organization.
I won't be eating at Jimmy John's going forward, yet I wanted to make customers and the corporate structure aware of the Busch league service and management at this particular store. Not only were there no accommodations made, I was reluctantly provided information on filing a complaint, and this is unacceptable.
There is no way that my time and fuel are taken for granted on a mistake made by the organization. I have purchased over 500 sandwiches personally in the last 10 years from various Jimmy Johns, and have been a word of mouth beacon for the organization. Going forward, you have lost both and I will be purchasing elsewhere because of the lackluster response. I do not feel appreciated for my loyalty to your sandwich shop and I believe my influence and dollars matter.

Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would. Ordered two subs, hoping it would arrive between appointments at work. 45 minutes went by no sandwiches. I called and my order was still there so I told them I would just come get it because we are practically across the street. Show up and 4 girls are standing around with order slips lined up all over the counter. Ask for my order and girl realizes my order is gone and asked if the driver took it. No one knew so as I proceeded to tell the manager named Liz what was going on and if someone could just figure out if our order was being delivered she cut me cut me off and told me that wasn’t going to help them make me new sandwiches. At this point I’m super annoyed and asked if I could just have a refund if they can’t even tell me where my order is while In the background a girl named Reece was making the ugliest faces at everything I said like a broken back up dancer. Manager tells me she doesn’t know where her driver is and has no way to get a hold of them for them to tell me if she even has it and they’re just going to make me knew sandwiches. At this point I just wanted to spend my money elsewhere and didn’t want these girls with attitudes touching my food. She said I had to contact corporate to get a refund. Driver calls me 5 minutes later than to make sure she was at the right suite even though they had no possible way of getting a hold of their driver? Driver apologized and said she was filling in and wasn’t sure what they had going on over there. I understand people are short staffed even though there were 4 girls there plus a driver and things get busy but there were NO customers in the store. Read moreJimmy Johns University botched my order sandwiches were thrown together sloppy also ordered Italian night Club got a turkey sandwich.I did online revue also spoke to manager that night he said they don’t refund money back to your card they keep it on file with phone number .I waited almost two months and tonight wife and I decided to use credit .Called in to University store we had the rudest person said she was a manager then later said she doesn’t have to give us her name because she is a minor .Long story short she never found credit told me it was not her fault and general manager said if she can’t find it then we were not getting it tonight .I asked for name of manager and when they would be at store so I can come have a conversation .Employee would only say general manager is Josh and he would be in tomorrow morning.Thanks for nothing .After looking at reviews I see why issues at store.Jimmy John University owe me a full refund .I never want to eat at this Jimmy John’s ever again.Whoever is in charge of phones right now is culprit.Pics of sandwiches that were suppose to have credit for (slop) not fit to eat .Not begging but could a real manager contact me please.Not interested in credit from store (employees )...
