Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Charlotte

I've ordered thousands of Jimmy John's sandwiches over the years, and this was the WORST experience I've ever had with a Jimmy John's. We had just gotten back from vacation so had no food in the house. We decided to get some Jimmy John's because it's usually quick and the kids were hungry. I called in an order for delivery...gave the order and confirmed the address they had in the computer from the last time they delivered to me. After 50 minutes, I called to check on the order, and was told that we were not in their delivery range. The guy said he had meant to call me but got busy and forgot. When I pointed out that if they were not going to honor the order they should have called me right away, he had the nerve to say, "What's the problem...you haven't paid for it yet."

I understand mistakes happen, and if they had called me right away to let me know they couldn't deliver, it wouldn't have been a problem. Since they forgot to call me, they should have delivered the order this time and informed me that they couldn't deliver in the future. Instead, I got HORRIBLE customer service and no food after waiting almost an hour. Lucky for me I called, or I would still be waiting...

I USUALLY HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH JIMMY JOHNS, HOWEVER, THIS TIME MY COWORKER AND I ORDERED FOOD, HER CARD NUMBER WAS USED UNDER MY ACCOUNT. THE DELIVERY GUY CAME IN VERY PLEASANT AND CHIPPER IF I MAY ADD, AFTER ASKING FOR THE NAME ON THE ACCOUNT, HE THEN SAID THAT HE DIDNT CARE WHO SIGNED " AS LONG AS I GET MY TIP", NOT ONLY DID HE SAY THAT IN FRONT OF MY COWORKER AND I, IT WAS IN FRONT OF THE LOBBY FULL OF PATIENTS AS WELL. THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME FORM OF RESPECT GIVEN WHEN DELIVERING. WE UNDERSTAND DELIVERY COSTS, BUT SO DOES BEING UNPROFESSIONAL. MANAGER WAS NOT THAT PLEASANT NOR UNDERSTANDING. HE ATTEMPTED TO JUSTIFY THE DRIVER ASKING FOR THE PERSON WITH THE CARD AND DID NOT HANDLE THE...

This is by far the worst Jimmy Johns establishment I've ever been to. They gave us not one but 3 sandwiches all with bright green on the bread. Then they tried gaslighting us, saying it was "the lettuce turned it green." However I spoke to a former Jimmy Johns manager who said in his 3 years of working there that has never happened. That they were spouting BS and lettuce doesnt do that. You throw out so much bread at the end of the night and you couldn't make me a fresh batch???...
