This location has a bad track record with deliveries. They do not knock at all or in any way notify you if you select the leave at door option, even with instructions written to be sure to knock. So your food with leave at door option is likely to sit outside for a while unless you're actively watching for it. Even without leave at door selected they are likely to deliver to the wrong location. 2 out of 5 orders in the past month (40% of my orders) have been delivered to the wrong apartment. One time they completely replaced the order and the other they simply went back to the incorrect apartment and retrieved it. I wasn't comfortable with eating the second order after someone else had opened the bag and had it for a few minutes before it was finally brought to my door. I was not offered a replacement or refund/partial refund for the order I would not eat. Calling the location for resolution to issues only results in an argument with the staff and the delivery drivers are rude when you catch them delivering to the wrong apartment. Even when you have your email receipt ready to prove that it is in fact your order. Read moreIf this store is owned by a franchisee it should be purchased back. Food was good, but there was one unfortunate girl being forced to run the entire store. I felt terrible for her. There literally were no other employees. She answered the phones, made the sandwiches, ran the register, everything. She felt bad about it, but folks understood it was not her fault. This is a management fault. If you don't have enough people to run a store, don't open. If you are not willing to go in and do the work yourself as a franchisee, don't own the store. The food was good, but the girl working was in way over her head and needed a lot of help. She couldn't have been more pleasant, however the seven other people waiting along with me may not have been as patient. Excellent employee, terrible store management.
