Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Charlotte

• DO NOT USE THEM TO CATTER YOUR NEXT COMPANY EVENTMy company is working out of our Charlotte site due to hurricane Florence impact to our Jacksonville NC site. We placed a order at this store which came to 500.00 because we have a staff of 45 and tipped the driver pretty nicely. Upon getting our order one of the sandwich(which was their tune salad) and it had a hair in it. Due to the very long days we have had I was not able to call the same day to report the hair we found in the sandwich. I called 2 days later and all they were able to provide was a "we are sorry" and stated it was odd with the description of the hair since everyone in the store has short blonde hair and that the most they would have done is replace the sandwich with the hair. It was very disappointing that all the GM could do was provide an apology but nothing else. Our Charlotte visit is/was a total of 6 days and maybe would have continued to do business with them since are providing meals for out staff twice a day. Also quite honestly for what we paid them we paid the same going to the Olive Garden and received a much better quality of food for the same amount of people and price. I would probably never use any Jimmy John's for catering especially not at this location. We are a global company and we cater a lot but this location has lost our business. If you think about using them make sure to call the same day otherwise all you will get is an apology...

This location has a bad track record with deliveries. They do not knock at all or in any way notify you if you select the leave at door option, even with instructions written to be sure to knock. So your food with leave at door option is likely to sit outside for a while unless you're actively watching for it. Even without leave at door selected they are likely to deliver to the wrong location. 2 out of 5 orders in the past month (40% of my orders) have been delivered to the wrong apartment. One time they completely replaced the order and the other they simply went back to the incorrect apartment and retrieved it. I wasn't comfortable with eating the second order after someone else had opened the bag and had it for a few minutes before it was finally brought to my door. I was not offered a replacement or refund/partial refund for the order I would not eat. Calling the location for resolution to issues only results in an argument with the staff and the delivery drivers are rude when you catch them delivering to the wrong apartment. Even when you have your email receipt ready to prove that it is in fact your order. If you do eat here I would recommend picking it up in person to prevent having your order completely go missing or being unpackaged and handled by unknown strangers before you get a...

If this store is owned by a franchisee it should be purchased back. Food was good, but there was one unfortunate girl being forced to run the entire store. I felt terrible for her. There literally were no other employees. She answered the phones, made the sandwiches, ran the register, everything. She felt bad about it, but folks understood it was not her fault. This is a management fault. If you don't have enough people to run a store, don't open. If you are not willing to go in and do the work yourself as a franchisee, don't own the store. The food was good, but the girl working was in way over her head and needed a lot of help. She couldn't have been more pleasant, however the seven other people waiting along with me may not have been as patient. Excellent employee, terrible store management.
