UPDATED FROM TODAYS VISIT, have a 2nd chance, WILL NOT RETURN. I came in to order a tailgate box for the family for game day. I walked in and the manager was at the safe (I assume) at the register, loudly badmouthing employees with another employee. She didn’t stop even with customers coming in and in the dining area, not professional at all. The employees all looked like they were miserable. It took 6 minutes just for someone to say anything to me at the register. The girl took my order, no customer service skills present at all. Talking monotone and had a pissy look on her face the entire time, no thank you or anything. The wait for the actual order wasn’t terrible as it was busy in drive thru but that’s where all of their focus was directed. The lady in front of me also had a tailgate box and looked extremely irritated with her wait. I got my box, had a 12 minute drive home. Got home to unpack the meal for my family and they gave me a wrong side and wrong sauces. Every time I come to this location this happens, so this time I brought back the entire box with receipt and circled what was wrong. I walk in and again another 6-8 minute wait for someone to acknowledge me at he register. I told the SAME girl at the register the order was incorrect and she said ok they can fix that down there I’m going to get their order (the couple behind me). No Apology or making the situation right by her at all. Waited down at the other end while atleast 4 employees were just standing around talking and laughing. Another girl in drive thru yelled at them that I was waiting. A girl came over and said yes?, extremely rude tone. I showed her my receipt and told her what was wrong. She didn’t say anything just went and got my side fixing and sauce and slid them at me on the counter. I was frustrated and she very non chalant “sorry bout that”. Really? Walking away I hear her mutter “maybe you should check your order before you leave”. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I’m in customer service myself and there is no reason for that. The managers didn’t come up to help or apologize, nothing. This location has completely gone down hill from when it first opened. Your customers are the reason you are here and the reason you get a paycheck, so if you decide to not train your employees on 1. How to read a ticket and 2. How to treat a customer, then you’re going to continue getting bad reviews and losing loyal customers. Something needs to be done ASAP, maybe a refresh in management and crew should be the first step.
OLD REVIEW, 4 months ago: Standing here now getting the worst customer service when usually it’s completely different at this location. No one at the register. Manager on duty comes stomping up front to ring my boyfriend up and the leaves stomping away, leaving me at the register for another ten minutes. The people behind the line are just snapping at each other, awkward. The girl at drive thru is just leaning against the wall playing we’re her hair. Real food safe. No ones smiling or even talking to customers. They’re not busy at 8:30am on a Sunday but can’t rven say hi, how are you, or just take our order without attitude. Super frustrating with this morning crew. No name tags so who...
Read moreIt was the last experience to me. Although the experience preceding this one doesn't help. There were minor inconveniences such as; I felt rushed by the person taking my order and as a result my order was missing an item that I paid for. Computers were down and they asked me to wait in the parking lot. No problem. But no one informed me when their service opened back up. It wasn't until I saw two other cars go ahead of me, that I realized that I could order my food. But my recent experience angered me.
I ordered my meal that also included boberry biscuits, but they informed me that the biscuits would take 3 minutes and that some one would bring them out to me. Well, 8 minutes passed and no one had come out. I called, since the lobby is closed, and I let them know that I was waiting outside for my order of boberry biscuits. Someone brought out the boberry biscuits, but the food that I already had was cold, so I asked if they could refresh the order. I pull up to the window as requested and she gave me a small order of borounds instead of a large. So when I requested for a large (since that's what I ordered) she gave me a large order of cold borounds. I'm pretty sure they were the ones that I had just returned. I am done. I will not be returning back to this location. I wasn't being rude and I was trying to be mindful of their situation but the food I was ordering was for someone else so I wasn't trying to give them cold food. That just ticked me off. I hope their situation gets better, but I can't go back to this location, that was just...
Read moreTerrible service. As has become the custom at Bojangles, concentrating on the drive thru means neglecting dining room customers.
Had to wait to be acknowledged and that was basically someone calling another employee to cover the front without speaking to us. Order taken without much trouble. Ticket set at the end of the counter for preparation. We take a seat and wait as a couple others come in after us and get their order.
Approaching the counter and finally getting someone's attention it appears that the ticket was just ignored as it was sitting exactly where it was supposed to be. I was told that the chicken would be freshly cooked. I see one employee carry a fresh breast to the front for my plate. Correcting a slight error on a side dish I return to my seat only to find The Supremes were barely warm and tiny but best of all the "fresh chicken" is still uncooked.
Ok, it's been over 40 minutes. Been long enough. I requested my money back after briefly explaining the raw chicken and forgotten order to three people. Refund was prompt.
A real shame... Ignore the dine in guests in favor of drive thru, ignore an obvious ticket, rush the chicken to serve it raw. This was never the standard when I worked for...
