If I could give zero stars I would. When we first got there we pulled into the parking lot and the sign said free valet. The man who worked there told us we had that option or we could go to the parking deck and get our car validated for free. When we were seated everything was well until it came to the food and drinks. The strawberry margarita was extremely watered down and just filled with ice. They got our party’s orders mixed up and it took longer than usual for their food to come out. The food was okay but a little bland. My sister asked for the tacos and the waitress Cierra asked if she would like rice or beans with it. She did not tell her it was for an extra $4. Cierra also told us we would have our parking validated and to go to the front so they can scan it.
The worst part of this experience is trying to get out of the parking deck. When we scanned the code our ticket said invalid. We called the restaurant for assistance they told us to press help for the parking deck to open it up for us. When we called for help the security for the parking told us it was on the restaurant to pay if our ticket wasn’t working because they should keep up with their barcodes. She also told us if she were to send someone down to open the gate they would charge our license tag $100. Even if it was not our fault. The restaurant went back and forth and said it wasn’t true. And then told us they only validate for 2 hours and we were going to have to pay the extra charge.
NOONE told us that in valet or at the establishment. They all (includimg the waitress) just told us it would be validated.
The sign at the parking deck states on the weekends the parking is just a flat rate. It’s not charged hourly. So our parking wasn’t validated at all.
My aunt wasn’t even in the establishment for 2 hours and was still charged regular fee so even if it was an hourly rate her parking should’ve been free. So none of what they said made any sense.
The parking deck and the restaurant were not on the same page and their validation tickets do not work. Thats why it kept saying invalid. Just a whole scam after spending over $200 and supporting their business. Will never return again after getting bland food and...

Read moreVery disappointing experience here. First, DO NOT order the $50 margarita pitcher. We were talked into it by the bartender as a “great deal.” We then proceeded to watch him fill a pitcher up completely with ice and at least half soda water. In total, the pitcher yielded about 6 margaritas. Split between two people it was 3 each. We finished the pitcher within 30 minutes and felt NOTHING. I am a small woman who doesn’t need more than two beers to feel something - 3 margaritas anywhere else would have had me feeling great! It was the BIGGEST waste of money, we paid $50 for juice. We had two beers after the margaritas because we were stone sober and felt 5x more from the draft beers. Second, service is unbelievably slow. The restaurant was empty and it took us 15 minutes to get the margarita pitcher and FOREVER to get our food. They only validate parking for 2 hours and we were there for 3 hours simply because of slow service, so we had to pay for parking on top of it. Lastly, be aware they cannot split tabs for large parties. We were not told this ahead of time, so after the disappointing dinner we had to sit there in a party of 10 and do math to split the bill. Avoid this place, it is NOT...
