Mainely Cupcakes is NOT your average bakery--Cassandra creates true works of ART! She has done two beautiful Communion cakes for my children and they were stunning! I gave her a basic idea/design and she did the rest of the artistic, creative work! I was able to tell her what flavors my children wanted and the cakes were spectacular - so fresh, moist and delicious! The best part of my experience with Mainely Cupcakes was Cassandra's willingness to work with my son's nut allergy while creating his Communion cake. Most bakeries just say "sorry, we can't guarantee safety for a nut allergy." But NOT Cassandra! She walked me through her safety protocol so I understood how she would be creating the cake to ensure safety for my son. My son was so happy that he was able to have the cake he chose because Cassandra puts in that extra love and attention for her clients. She truly is an angel and an amazing artist! I ordered my son's 1st birthday cake from Mainely Cupcakes. I got a cake for the party and a small smash cake for him for pictures. She was amazing and a joy to work with. From talking about the theme and how receptive she was and going over size and pricing..everything was very straightforward and she came up with the perfect cakes for my little ones big day! They turned out amazingly. Most stunning and creative cakes I've ever seen for a 1 year olds party! The guests were in awe and it definitely made an impact.
