On Feb 3, I picked up an order in the drive-thru. I then took it to my Son, who lives at North Lake. Upon arrival, we realized we did not have the sausage/egg/cheese biscuit in the bag. I called the store, spoke to Tianna and she said I could return to the store to get the biscuit. I told her that I was leaving town and could not come back that day. She took my name and told me to come by the store when I returned. She did not give me a time limit on getting a biscuit.
TODAY, I returned to the store after returning from out of town earlier in the week and I spoke to Tianna in the drive thru. She remembered the issue and I asked if I could have the replacement sandwich and she said no. She stated that too much time had passed since we had the prior conversation. I explained to her that I was out of town and she still said no. I stated that I paid for a sandwich that I DID NOT RECEIVE and she still said no. All she could say to me was no, no, no and no.
At this point, it's definitely not about a $4 biscuit, seriously. This is about taking care of a good customer for a mistake that BOJANGLES made, not me. I did what I was supposed to do. I make good money, am a Retired Veteran, A Licensed Private Investigator, belong to several organizations, including the Hidden Valley Community Association and I have a non-profit organization for children and work with children at CMS. I have earned the respect that I expect to receive from any establishment where I spend my money. I am an honest man and I am holding Bojangles accountable for their "lack of good customer service" and not recognizing that they are wrong in this situation. Again, it's not about the $4 biscuit !
This is unacceptable and quite pathetic to be honest. ARE YOU LISTENING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS BOJANGLES??? AM I NOT IMPORTANT TO YOU? DO YOU WANT MY BUSINESS OR DON'T YOU???? PLEASE LET ME KNOW ! ! !

Today is March 2, 2024 and I still have not heard from Bojangles.
So, I finally called the store today, March 4, 2024 and spoke to a manager by the name of Shay, who was not the nicest person to conversate with. I explained my issue and she said it was an inventory issues as to why Tionna wouldn't replace my biscuit. I said really, you all are going to miss 1 sausage, egg and cheese biscuit ???? Really Bojangles?
She then told me, with an attitude that I can come get the biscuit. I will go and get it and give it to a homeless person to enjoy.

Read moreAttitude and very rude customer service. 10 people working behind the counter and nobody at the register taking orders. I waited 5 minutes before saying anything. I asked was there anyone taking orders at the register and got very bad attitude. Then I asked the lady with orange braids can she take my order and her response was not until everyone get their food. My response was there are 10 of you guys behind the counter and at least one person could take orders from register. They are bunched up doing nothing. The customer before me said her and her family were waiting for over 20 minutes. This is ridiculous. I asked to speak with the manager but was told that the manager was busy. I’m definitely contacting corporate behind this and won’t stop until that whole crew is removed. If you don’t like your job then find another one if you have any skills to work at a different occupation.and then this place looks like it needs a makeover. Carpet dirty. Homeless woman sleep at one of the tables looking doped up. My main part of this review is as a customer I won’t accept disrespect from anyone because I wouldn’t disrespect anyone. Read moreI always experience something bad with this Bojangles. The first time about half of our chicken was not fully cooked. My uncle informed the cashier about this and she was extremely annoyed by this. Told him it was the cooks fault but he was no longer on his shift and she couldn’t do anything about it. Total BS. The second time I walked in for lunch. I was immediately harassed for money by this smelly crackhead. Not to mention it was packed for their Throwback Thursday special. I get to the register and TRY to order my food. Before I can even open my mouth the cashier(who looks like a can of coke, she was like 4’10 and must of weighed about 200 pounds) begins to yell at what I assume is her boyfriend from across the restaurant. She yells at him for about a minute. After she’s done with him she turns her fat neck and just stares at me. I wait for her to say “How can I help you” but nothing. I order my food and wait another 8-10 minuets. Get my food and leave....
