KFC — Restaurant in Charlotte

I went to KFC around about 10:30. They don't close to 11:00. Of course their lobby was closed so I went through the drive-thru. I don't have a car. Most people don't have a car and I'm living at a hotel right across the street from the KFC. So I ask the young lady can I get a 2 piece dark she said I couldn't order food because I didn't have a car I think she was wrong for that some people don't have car's and I living out of a hotel and couldn't get any food Wendy's across the street inside closed but they let you get food on foot at the window and Bojangles across the street as well but KFC turned me down. Please fix this problem I did report them tonight after It happened I was glad that I was able to talk to someone. And they will be contacting me back....

I ordered a three piece because it was cheaper than the three wings and a biscuit. My first question was to price the wings because I ordered two orders of the three wings and a biscuit and was charged almost $18.00. I assumed that the price was in error but according to what the drive thru cashier quoted today it wasn't. So not only was the price outrageous but the food leaves something to be desired. To me KFC had the best tasting chicken but they no longer have that eleven herbs and spices taste. The chicken was too hard and the breast was so dry that I couldn't eat it. I saved it and made chicken salad out of it. I definitely won't return to this location and the jury is still out on it I will visit any KFC because they have disappointed...

2nd time in 2 weeks trying to get food here......last time I ordered 4 wings & got 2 legs & 2 thighs (still waiting I'm my refund) today I waited on the drive-thru line, placed my order, waited 10 more minutes only for them to offer me grilled wings cause they were out of regular. This was said with a lot of attitude & no apology. This is why KFC is being run out of business by Bojangles & Popeyes. The service sucks, the employees don't care & you can't buy the chicken they're supposed to have. I guess another call to corporate is in order. Somebody needs to get them together cause...
