I went in the late evening (after 8pm) and it was practically a ghost town. I can't speak for the rest of the day. The staff were amicable. The restroom (women's) needs a good scrub down. The food was good. I had the pick 2 (half McAllister club and shareable nachos $9.79 + tax) to go. The chili for the nachos was very tasty. I downloaded the app (ordered on app), created an account and got a free McAllister's famous sweet tea. Although, I can't really agree or disagree with that statement. You see, I requested an Arnold Palmer most of which of the lemonade was on the bottom and the tea on the top. There was so much ice (floats to the top) in my cup it watered down the tea but when I got closer to the bottom and hit the lemonade...pay dirt, lemonade slamming❣️😋. Next time I'll request little or no ice and stir it with a straw so that it's blended better....

I would give them zero stars if at all possible. I went in with a large group of people and they were extremely rude. They had 4 people working the registers and 1 person working in back. Once they got the large order (have in mind I called ahead an hour before arriving) and after they got the orders, they came around and asked for the orders all over again. I asked why they needed the orders written down again and she said it was because they were backed up. But she had the list if all the orders in front of her. When I asked why we have to waste time writing iur orders down on a paper bag ourselves when we JUST ordered and she told her front desk employee "could you handle her?!? I don't have time to deal with this right now!". She didn't like that I asked her a question and took...
