Read moreMy, Expeirence, here was Awful, i was a regular customer, i would come in the morning to get breakfast, stayed and used the Wi-Fi and had lunch, would buy coffee, and sodas ,i work hard at a night shift that is 12hrs long and sometimes i would be tired and fall asleep, and for this i was chased away by the the police at the request of the manager, she had me banned for being there regularly, i guess is what she says, i tried to ask, a question about this what she was saying, tried to get some clearification, and but ,i was not given that opertunity, this ocurrence was 2 days after my expeirence with the morning manager, which i will paste, i brought it to the after noon superviser's attention, and then this morning i got banned by them after getting herassed by the police for being asleep in the parking lot. while this was happening, the morning manager was interjecting False statments about the 3rd shift people asking me to leave, she was the difficult person i had delt with in my previous expierence, here --- The customer is always wrong here at this place I guess,.... My, experience began, in the morning after working, a very physically demanding 12 hr night 6pm-6am shift where I work , rather then try to drive home the 30 some odd miles to my home town, I decided to visit this McDonalds for breakfast, i have had great experiences with the McDonalds, where i am from so i had looked forward to similar ones here at this place, But unfortunately the woman manager who was on duty, was less interested in satisfying her customers and more interested in showing a lack of hospitality ,lack of compassion, and lack of courtesy, towards well this customer anyhow, starting with as i walked through the door she said to me "Sir, That cup even though it is a McDonalds cup can't be used at our fountain, it has to be a cup from here!" so i did not argue i just threw it out even though, it did come from here, because the after noon before i had bought a meal with a large soda and i was pressed for time to get to work so, i did not bother even using the soda cup i took it with me knowing that it is suppose to be refillable, but no i did not even get to have the soda i had paid for, instead i bought a breakfast and got another soda cup, and a large coffee, later as i was attempting to work on my computer, i was drifting a bit, falling asleep, and i was awakened to "SIR! , (Bang) SIR! i can not have you sleeping in the dining room!" this was very loudly exclaimed so that everyone could hear as she scolded, me for committing the crime of drifting of to sleep, after working a very difficult and tiring job all night long. so ok after this i try to get a refill on my coffee, i asked an employee who was cleaning the dining room if i could get a refill, because my knee was causing me a fair amount of pain when i walked, this employee returned shortly after with my empty cup informing me that i must go up to the counter and request it to be refilled there, myself,... and then lastly when i did so, this same woman, who has been hounding me during my visit here in this place,. rushes outside the store when she notices me light up my cigarette in front of the window so that she may be sure to shew me away to the other side of the parking lot where i was guaranteed not to see my 6,000.00 dollar laptop that I really wanted to keep an eye on. i never had such issues at any other McDonalds, and like I say the place I go to in Concord regularly, is always so very accommodating with everything always. I do not know what the difference is between that one and this one here in Charlotte, other then the command staff. again maybe i am just to old or something but i remember when the customer was important, to the restaurant, and its management/ and or owners,. but now if your clothes are a little dirty cause you worked your butt off all night, smell, like you had not had a shower, because well you have not been home yet,.. and are a smoker,. it seems like it is the formula for being treated as a 3rd...
No no no... Just go find somewhere else to eat. I tried to stop here the other morning for a quick breakfast and coffee. There was nothing quick about it, the drive thru had a long line so I decided to use the Mobile Curbside Ordering system through their app. I've had success with it for a few weeks now at other locations. This location though is totally clueless when it comes to their own mobile ordering system. I placed my order at 10:45am and it only contained an Iced Coffee and McMuffin. I watched them clear out their whole drive through line which took about 10 minutes. Mind you, mobile orders show up in front of the rest of orders and have an icon that indicates where it's going. About another 3 minutes pass and another car goes through and I'm starting to get angry because they are going to cause me to be late for work. I decide to call the store and the first time they didn't answer and the fax machine picked up. I called again and someone answers 'McDonalds'. I told them I placed an order 15 minutes ago and still haven't received my order. The person then said "Oh, we were wondering where that went. Your order came up as an Uber order and we didn't know.". I told her I was outside at curbside pickup and then she told a colleague that the order needed to go outside. She told me they are making it now and it would be out. They finally brought it out and I got to leave making me late for work. I reported my issues to McDonald's corporate who followed up to first but we shall see if anything has changed soon. The outdoor areas were kind of filthy with trash everywhere and the trash receptacles were overflowing. If I had a choice again I'd absolutely go to...
Read moreWish I could give zero stars. Pulled into drive thru at 10:49 pm on Sunday May 28th, 2017. Was only car in line. Pulled up to first window and as instructed and no one there. Waited nearly a minute. So pulled to second window. No one there either. Place is like a ghost town. After three minutes someone finally comes to take my money for a super complicated order of a double cheeseburger and medium fries. This is at 10:55. At 11:05, no one has returned to the window. Employees can be seen wandering around inside ON THEIR CELL PHONES. No one approaches our window with our change or to explain the delay. I begin honking to try to get someone to come to the window. A guy does finally explaining "sorry bro....It's shift change man." Must be the first shift change in the history of McDonalds right? Because they are unable to fulfill the only drive thru order of a double cheeseburger and a medium fry. It is now 11:10. I demand to simply get my money back. An additional four minutes go by before this can be completed. I pulled into the drive thru at 10:49 pm, the ONLY car in line. 27 minutes later at 11:16 I finally get my money back. I certainly didn't want any food from this place at this point that's for sure. When I ask if this is a franchise or company owned I am told it is a franchise. I ask for the general manager's card and am given a cup. A CUP. With the 1-800 number to the generic McDonalds hotline. Because these employees figure I probably won't track down the right info and therefore their incompetence won't be...
