I really don't want to be rude, but I am concerned for some of the people you hire at this location. The food is always good, but every single time we go it's a hassle to get the food we order. They just seem utterly confused by even the most simplistic orders and even their own menu and what they serve. We never get our entire order bagged and have just started resorting to checking the bag at the window, which holds up the line, because we know without a doubt we will be missing at least one item. Tonight they told us they didn't serve ghost pepper wings at this location...they do....we get them every time we come. When we pushed back they told us we must have gone to another location.....trust me, if there was one the same distance away we would 100% try them instead, but this is the closest one. Finally they went to check with a manager and alas, they discovered that they do infact sell an item that is listed on their menu. We asked for mashed potatoes and they said that would take over an hour to make. Now, I don't know how popeyes runs, but I imagine they don't make fresh mashed potatoes and it's probably some type of frozen, thaw, heat situation....that doesn't take an hour. Whatever though, we had potatoes at home so we just made our own.....which took like 20min for mashed potatoes from scratch. We like the chicken which is unfortunately why we continue to subject ourselves to the most aggravating fast food experience we've ever had to endure on a consistent basis. Honestly if you don't have a serious craving for something specific they serve, don't go to this location. The time previous to this attempt they just didn't give us an entire order of 12 wings. When we went back they said, "well it's going to take like 8minutes for those wings." So they just decided not to bag part of our order that we paid for because it was going to take 8minutes (it took 20minutes, but they could have told us that originally or at least taken it off our bill instead of charging us for it and then not giving us what we paid for).

Read moreFirst off I saw nothing but teenagers/ young adults cooking. I don't know if they're implementing seasoning, which is what Popeye's is known for the great Louisiana flavor!! The chicken had absolutely no seasoning whatsoever. I guess they are accommodating just sr. & the Elderly, which is fine but this is not K&W. The Cajun Rice, I guess they left out the seasoning packet totally BLAND... the green beans NO FLAVOUR!!! Even with the little bits of meat, how does that work? Business 101... Word of mouth is your BEST or WORST ADVERTISEMENT. The GHETTO restaurant when I do my reviews, gets 1 * and that's because the food was hot. They never have changed so I either take pennies or they just keep my change. SMH, I keep trying with this place, it's so close to home, but next time I will go out of my way to spend my money elsewhere, anywhere I can receive a better GUEST EXPERIENCE!! Read moreI have never experienced such low quality customer service I have been working in restaurants for nearly 6 years and I know what customers service is, I waited 20+ mins for my order and I all I ordered were twelve boneless wings I received my order with two sauces, ladies and gentlemen two sauces for two different orders? And $0.25 for extra sauces like are you serious that's really petty and overall just really unsatisfactory, for them to just make me wait that long and then didn't even say sorry, I saw at least 7 people get their orders before this happened through the "drive thru" you know that Window where we are supposed to get speedy service, had I wanted to wait 20 mins I might have walked in. I wasn't in any hurry at all but still asking me to pull up to the side and not providing a wait time or any sort of apology, that's a really poor way to treat your customers the lack of disrespect that the staff there gives everyone is just sickening I really hope they do better because there rating is 2 stars out of 5... That doesn't necessarily give off the impression of wanting to eat there I should have listened to the reviews proir to visiting this location, that was my mistake I actually like to try things out never again will I visit this location. And I know how it works they'll just say "it's one customer, no big deal" the fact that this type of mentality exist is just crazy I didn't go in a make a scene I would understand if I went in and started acting like I ain't got no mind.
