My last review of Wells Fargo Bank, was about 3 years ago. While merely adequate, at that time, they have doubled down on getting worse. This morning, it took over an hour to get through the inside bank line. Though they have 7 windows, they saw fit to only have 3 tellers working. Of the three, I believe only one had any kind of experience, as she constantly had to abandon her window to assist one of the other tellers. The third teller, though not seeking assistance, was abysmally slow. It took 15 minutes for a deposit and check cash. All three were in slow mode, with the line stretching out the door. Another employee was doing useless duty on the door, instead of getting behind a window. The inept management and chronic understaffed at this bank, led me to take a good chunk of money out of here and put it in a Credit Union. I try to use another branch of this bank when I can. If you are thinking of opening an account at this bank, I highly recommend a different bank, or at the very least, avoid this bank like the plague. They also have a drive through, that is just as slow, and doesn't open on time. The long drive thru line is what prompted me to try the inside line. Read moreWent to this location after submitting an application online, upon arrival, I was greeted at the door by a male, I told him about the online application, he proceeded to tell me to wait in line and give the representative my Identification and pay the $25.00 fee. I waited for 25 minutes or more just to be told that the male that greeted me at the door could assist me. He then stated that it's appointment only! He had absolutely NO customers and had been at the door greeting people. He didn't offer to assist me in any form or fashion. Poor customer service! I am positive that it wouldn't be 25 minutes or more to assist me since I had completed the application on line. I simply needed to show my Identification and pay the fee and be on my way. ...WORST CUSTOMER...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I would. The customer service is horrendous; consistent attitudes and a high disregard for customer satisfaction. The ATMs are always out of order (every single one, simultaneously). How is this even possible, nevertheless, acceptable? I had to wait for a bank teller in the drive through for nearly 40 minutes at 2:30 in the afternoon a few days ago. There is always an issue and nobody is ever responsive enough to mitigate any of these issues. For such a well known and highly recognized company, it sure is lacking in more ways than one. After many years with Wells Fargo, I will be changing banks...
