absolutely atrocious ! wouldn't even give them this one star if I didn't HAVE to. Went there about 1:40pm today, the lady wanted to do my toes at the nail bar instead of pedi bowl problem which was problem #2. problem #1 was that the entire time I was choosing a color she continued to watch me as if I were going to steal a polish, smh. problem #3, I take off my socks and she goes "oh my God!" in a very unpleasant and disgusted tone (mind you I had to wait 4 weeks to grow my toe nails out so that I can get them square shaped this time which I didn't explain to her because honestly, they weren't as bad as she made it seem.) I respond saying "what's the matter?" she goes "I mean ugh, how long did you wait 5 weeks?!" I go "four." She continues to cut and as she starts to file I feel that she is shaping them round instead of square. I remove my foot from being propped on her leg underneath the nail table, look at them and were very unsatisfied. She told me it would be a $10 extra charge for her to cut them down more and so I stand up to collect my belongings and leave. Over walks a man, I'm guessing he is the shop owner, and he says not to worry about it and that he will do them for me. He starts and automatically it just gets worse. He puts on a clear coat and 3 coats of my polish of choice. He did not put a clear top coat once finished before I went to dry. I didn't ask because I had already had a terrible experience from the time I walked through the door until he finished the third coat so I was just ready to go. I took a nap about 2 hours later and woke up to them being completely matte, no shine, and smooshed polish. I am very upset one because I intentionally waited and grew my toe nails out so that I could get them square shaped instead of paying for tips and acrylic, number two because I wasted $8, three because the customer service was horrific. This picture is literally in the parking lot as I was walking out. I asked for a bright color and once she put the first two coats on I saw that I wouldn't be happy. They use cheap polish. Its watered down and on top of that the nail tech didn't use straight strokes she was patting the polish on my toes.I asked her to change the color. She said don't worry I'll put another coat on. After 4 coats she said the top coat will help...after the top coat she did my acrylic fill in ..I already knew they didn't have my acrylic exact color that was fine but the fill in was so bad it looks like i never got a fill...anyway back to these toes. She asked "you don't like your toes" I told her no i was unhappy and that ive never gotten a light color and still been able to see my toe nail under it. She told me to wait 2 days and it will look better! Wth?!? She acted like she didn't want to repolish them. Then told me should give me 3 dollars off but then charged me and extra $10 for the colored acrylic when there is NO mention of that on any of their service/pricing list. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I typically go to mimosa nail bar but they were booked on Sunday but now I'm still having to go and paying twice for something that should have been done properly the...

I use to frequent this salon often. So when I couldn't get into my normal lady to get my acrylics off I decided to stop in Nail X. so the people here are really friendly but I explained to the man that my nail beds are very soft. they hurt very much and I need to get the acrylics taken off the ones that didn't already come off. he proceeded to take them off with a acrylic tip which I have seen done before but he kept hurting me. after I complained a few times he asked another employee to finish. she was nice but again it hurt like hell!! any other salon I go to soaks off acrylic if it hurts this bad. she wouldn't do that she said she can get them off this way. after they are off I decided to get a basic manicure to help my nail beds. she did an ok job but all my nails were different lengths. super soft so the nail bends and catches on things and hurts soo bad. I ended up having to cut everyone down again when I got home. also the shape wasnt even even the cleat coat was chipping off by the time I got home. honestly was a waste of 25$ I should have just soaked and clear coated...
