I have been coming to this restaurant for many years. Last time I came with my kids was maybe 4 months ago, and then we went yesterday after we saw a movie. I will NEVER come back. There were 4 of us and we all ordered dinner entrees, except for my 1 daughter. She is on the spectrum, and a very picky eater, and typically goes for chicken tenders and fries. She is 13 years old. That is the only person out of 4 at the table that wanted anything from the "kids menu". Mind you, we have been coming here for years, and she has always gotten this from the menu with NO PROBLEM. Our server said, the kids menu was for kids 10 and under only. I said I understand that, but she is "picky" and that is the only thing she will eat, and that she orders that every time we come. I didn't feel like I needed to disclose any further information regarding her being on the spectrum with her sitting there, and make her feel singled out and embarassed. At first, he said okay, but we would be charged $3 more for that entree. I agreed and said that was fine, as that is all she would eat. He then came back and said, actually, I know I said you could get that, but the manager said No, and you will have to order some chicken tenders "appetizer" (that was more expensive) and it also did not come with fries. I said, I agreed to pay more for the chicken fingers for her, she will not eat anything different. Not an option. We actually ended up leaving and not eating there at all, and went to a different restaurant. (That let her get chicken tenders no problem) My child was very upset in the car when we left, and said "Mom Im sorry Im different" So, any parents with "DIFFERENT" children, I would go somewhere else, especially if they dont necessarily LOOK "different". Read moreWent to this location over the weekend with a friend. They were not busy at all and had plenty of servers. After being seated and waiting 10 mins, I had to get up myself to find a server to get our drink orders. To start off, I ordered a bud light in a bottle and shot of Absolute not chilled. After another 10 mins, the server came back with a draft bud light and chilled shot of Absolute. After saying I did not want a draft or a chilled shot she kind of looked confused and walked away. My guest ordered a Frozen Margarita with silver teq instead of brown. First they said ok, then minutes later a manager came out to say they cant do this bc their drinks are pre made and already has the brown liquor in it. I decided just to keep it and attempt to have a better experience with food. I pointed to the picture on the menu, asked questions about what came on the plate, and she confirmed I wanted the Fiesta Platter. My guest got fajitas with no beans. Of course, with no shock at all, the food comes out and I got Shrimp Fajitas ( not what I ordered) and my guest got fajitas with beans. At this point we were so fed up, we called the manager back over. He didn't really have any care in the world or a resolution aside from I am sorry. After this NOBODY came to check on us, nobody came to refill our drinks or provide us with napkins we asked for 15 mins prior. To add the food was bland and has no taste a long with the complimentary chips that tasted like stale cardboard. Overall, if you want a good dining experience,...
Read moreGood evening,
I visited your restaurant on 6/21/22 at approximately 8pm. Sat at one of the tall tables at the bar. The bartender did not even acknowledge I was there until minutes after my chips & salsa arrived at my table.
His demeanor was "blah" seemed as though he did not want to be bothered with me. Took my order, no smile, no enthusiasm at all.
Soon after, a couple came in after he took my order, before their chips & salsa arrived he met them at their table with an entirely different approach. Appeared happy, helpful & made suggestions on what they should try. Offering water to them along with their drink order. I had to ask for water once my cold food came to my table. I needed more napkins, didn't think I would have to ask for any but it wasn't offered. So of course I had to ask for some.
The food was not fresh. I ordered the fish tacos. Won't order that again. Avocado was not fresh. Rice was cold. Not once while I tried to eat did the bartender check on me to see if I needed anything.
Best thing about the experience was the drink. (Salsa-Rita).
As I requested my check another gentlemen walked in, he was greeted with a cheerful welcome before he even sat down.
Needless to say, you have a business to run, continue to do so, if I could make a small meaningless suggestion, please make your bartender aware that he never knows who may walk through that door. Everyone should be treated with the same...
