I go to this specific location 6 miles from home because it is the closest one. Service and food has declined tremendously throughout the years. Today we needed two separate orders which was not allowed in drive thru for some reason. So I ordered a 6pc $20 deal plus a classic sandwich meal, drink no ice. Get to the window drink is full of ice, then instead making us a new drink cashier just poured out half of it out and fill it up handed me back a dripping cup. I was asked to pull up since chicken was 10 mins out . I asked for the classic sandwich combo and I am told I’m also waiting for fries. I pulled up, go inside to order our second order. After 15 minutes we get both orders, the fries were cold. I handed the cashier back the fries, since we were waiting on fries I shouldn’t have cold stale fries. He looks at me like I’m crazy and with an attitude get another order of fries from the store manager who was the one at the kitchen line. I leave get home and was horrified. The fresh chicken we waited for was mushy and falling apart, the corn was so old it was black and dried. The macaroni and cheese had dried up pasta and cheese in it, the famous bowl from the second order had literally 4 little pieces of chicken just thrown in there didn’t even cover the top of it how it should have. Only two biscuits instead of the 4 we usually get. We spent $50 dollars over all and it was just worst then mediocre food and worst service from the guy at the drive thru. What made it all worse is that all this food was packed by the store manager who was in the line. Needless to say we will not be coming back to this location even if we have to drive 30...

This location need to be closed down ASAP. We came and got a 12 piece all dark meal for $40. We ended up with ALL dry white meat. I called and the 1st manager stated that they accidentally gave us another person order and to come up there and they would give the correct 12 piece meal out. I told her we had ALL WHITE MEAT. My husband went up there and the 2nd rude store manager gave my husband 7 pieces of dark meat. He explained to her what happened, she insisted that was the right way. I called and explained to her my conversation with the 1st manager. She barely listened to anything I had to say. I had to ask her was she still there? Her response was"oh you're gonna let me talk now".WHO SPEAKS TO A CUSTOMER IN THIS MANNER? This lady doesn't need to be a manager of a dog kennel, less known a busy kfc!!!! She then stated she GAVE us 20 pieces of chicken. I told her she didn't give us anything because the 1st bucket was chicken we didn't eat! Not to mention we paid $40 for a meal, that was terrible I might add!! She then said bring the other 5 pieces back and she'll give us the other dark meat. Mind you it's 5pm. That took place around noon. I think the area being inundated with the unhoused have them treating everyone like beggers. I bought, I wasn't given anything!
