I gave them a low rating for reasons related to the overall experience, except for their customer service. I believe they have a good group of people working there. From the cashier to the manager, I observed a pleasant environment while I was there. However, I had to rate the overall experience.
When I arrived, I had to clean my own table before sitting down. I recommend that one of the many employees take five minutes every hour to check if the tables or floors need cleaning. There were a few flies around, which was a bit annoying, but I understand that it can happen with open windows and doors.
Speaking of doors, I don't understand why the left door is locked at 12:00 PM. That's the middle of the day, and I think all the doors should be unlocked.
Additionally, I don't think it's appropriate to see people leaving the house wearing a durag or bonnet; those things shouldn't be worn in the workplace.
The food was okay, but I want to highlight the cashier at the front. She was very kind and helped me when I had issues with the app. It turned out to be a mistake I made, but I appreciated her patience.

I chose to grab something here because there was only 1 car in line and 1 guest in the dining room. I waited in line at the drive-thru for nearly 10 minutes behind the 1 vehicle when I heard the Wendy's employee say "Can I take your order please?" I had to return to work and figured there must be an issue, so I decided I couldn't wait much longer and I pulled around to walk inside where I was greeted by the Store Manager at the counter. He asked "How can I help you?" I said, "I just need to order..." He cut me off, stated that he thought I had a problem and walked away from me. That was it, I left. Never to return again.

Read moreWent to Wendy's this morning 2/28/21 for breakfast. Asked to have my meal made fresh (bad experience before) so was asked to pull forward. I waited maybe 5 minutes until the young man bought my food out with no receipt in hand. I requested to have my receipt and than I checked my food only for my sandwich to not be hot. I was gonna let it ride and just warm it when I got home. Asked the young man for more breakfast sauce and he goes on to tell me I have to pay for it. I'm like really?🤷🏽♀️
I than asked for a refund and when the manager bought me my refund she bought me $5.43 when I paid $6.81.
Not sure what's going on up there but they really need to get it together and focus strongly on good customer service and to give the customer a quality product that they would want served to them.
