I cannot even begin to explain how many times I’ve thought about the delicious sandwich I had from the foodbar kitchen recently called the cracklin’ porky…and how much I can’t wait to have another one as soon as possible! This sandwich was just perfection - the pork belly was exquisite and all of the other elements complemented it beautifully.
