I stopped by yesterday and an African America guy was there working. He was definitely in a terrible mood. I asked for cherry sundae which I always got when the delightful lady worked there a few years ago. He said "I don't have cherry" and I know it's hard to read the sign"! I then asked for small twist cone, he said 5.00! He went to make my cone and was talking to himself, all I heard was "something about customers". I placed the money on the counter and he slapped the counter 3 times. I asked "what is that all about"? He said "I want the money in my hand"? I asked "Why is that'? The gentleman working there then began to berate him about how rude it was to put money on the counter and that he should’ve put the money in his hand, he told us to google it and we would see that this was rude. We were shocked and taken aback by this, as we are always very polite customers. Really ruined the whole experience..we will not be going back, and do not recommend...
