We just had my son’s 6th birthday there this past weekend and everything literally was wonderful. We rented the entire space and we were allowed to customize the party area to fit his theme. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and to help in any and every way possible. We had children as young as 1 to 13 years old and every child enjoyed them selves. (Even some dads too) If they weren’t bouncing, they occupied the arcade area. And everyone was happy. All the families had such a great time and let us know afterwards that their child(ren) had a blast. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had somewhere around 45-50 people and because there is several areas of play everyone was comfortable. Leading up to the party, Jen the coordinator was in contact with me to go over last minute details and they were great in accommodating my wishes. We had my daughter's 6th birthday party here this month. She loved it and it so did all the kids. The works weren't the most helpful. The one who we started with left halfway through the party and it was kinda confusion. They didn't seem super helpful announcing pizza and cake. Also the pizza they ordered arrived right at the beginning of the party which wasn't ideal since the kids wanted to play first, that might not have been their doing though... No one really cared either since pizza doesn't really go bad. The other thing was the bathroom broke and my mom told the workers and they put a sign up saying to go outside and use the outlet bathrooms. Luckily they were basically right next door. Overall it was good, like I said my daughter and her friends had a blast... The decorations were nice, no need for extra signs etc. they also cleaned up and provided plates and stuff. I brought my 4 year old niece here for an open bounce session and she and I loved it! We will definitely be back. The staff was super accommodating and made an extra effort to get my niece involved with the other children because she's a little shy. We've been to other venues for children and this was by far the best experience we've had. If you're like me and are a last minute planner, this place is super easy and great place to spend a few hours. There was a birthday party going on in one of the rooms during our visit and my niece keeps saying that she want her birthday there too. When I asked about the details, the owners made it super easy and showed me all the options available. There's really no prep work involved, they handle everything from food to entertainment and even they even set up before you get there and clean up after you leave. We both look forward to...
