Michael Kors Outlet — Local services in South Strabane Township

I came into the store 15 minutes before close, which I felt so bad for coming in so late but the employee Mia was absolutely so wonderful and helpful. I was looking for a specific bag in a certain color but they didn't have any left so she spent the time calling other Tanger outlets to find me the bag I wanted and she placed an other for it to be shipped. She took the time to help even if it was past 8pm and I just really appreciated her determination on helping me. She totally deserves a raise or some type of praise if they do employee of the month, she definitely deserves a whole year for her great personality and amazing...

I drove 2 hours to get to this store today, I was very excited to buy 3 handbags and 2 winter coats for the family, but ended up not buying ONE thing. The women working were too concerned with their own conversations too help me or any of the other customers. When I asked for help, I received a very short and frustrated response. It wasn't the first time either... I go here every year and stock up on all of the latest Michael Kors items, I doubt I will be returning again. I will probably just switch over to an entirely different brand and take my business...

I went in the other day for a watch I was a great experience until this manger pulled the gentleman helping me aside and started to interfere with the guy helping and started literally being super unprofessional towards him and telling him everything he's done wrong in the middle of sales floor and I was in shock that Micheal kors treats there employees that way. I believe the gentleman's name was Mark but guy in a beige sweater was just so rude towards him. I won't be back. Not because of Mark but im not supporting a place that treats there...
