Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Chatham

I placed an order online using some of my rewards points and the rest I was paying for. It was 40 minutes before they close and the guy calls me saying that he already cleaned everything so he can't make anymore orders. I asked what he was going to do for the next 40 minutes just hang out until they closed? He said he had a lot of cleaning to do even though he couldn't make my food because it was all just cleaned. I called back and asked very politely what his name was and he replied "why?" I said "I just placed an order but I didn't catch your name." He said that he isn't allowed to give his name out and that if I was gunna make a big deal out of it that he could make my food. I no longer trusted him to make my food but he was the one making a "big deal out of it" all because I asked for his name. I lost the rewards points I used and was unable to feed my family dinner since I chose to work late knowing that I could always go to dominos........ HUUUUGE MISTAKE. This company is going under with people like that. Also Pizza Hut next door is open until midnight and 1a.m. now too so we no longer have to deal with the people of dominos that act like they are above other people. I hope this...

This establishment started off so well. They were a gust of fresh air in the pizza business. The first two years of operations they seemed to have a maxim of customer service and product perfection. I used to order pizza from here every week just about, but within the last 6 months they started to be hit or miss on the pizzas and wings. The beginning of 2019 they became down right garbage. The pizzas are always sub-par, the toppings are scarse even if you order double and the cheese is almost non existent. Their management will not return calls and is never in. The Domino corporate office claims that the franchise is a stand alone so they don't require a standard of business or product. I will not recommend Chatham Illinois Domino pizza to anyone. Friendly and usually fast service. I love the customer service. I have never met anyone who did not show respect. They have a drive thru window which is very convenient. My Grandson would live on their Pan Pepperoni pizza if allowed. Easily ordered online. Lets you order ahead of time. So if you go to work and want pizza on your way home they will have it ready for the time you choose. Very convenient and flexible. Or just order ahead of time and they will deliver for the time you choose. Of course you can order and have pick up or delivery then. They let you know when it will be ready. I really appreciate the ease of ordering ahead of time. We are all busy and if you know it is going to be pizza for lunch or dinner why not schedule it...
