Went for a Saturday night dinner when they have Jazz night from 9-11. Made a reservation for 8:45. It’s a small restaurant and a table was not available until almost 9:15. Nothing offered other than apologies.
There were only two servers available for the entire restaurant of about 15-16 tables. Needless to say, service was unbelievably slow even though they were both doing their best to handle that many tables. The kitchen was equally slow. We ordered a charcuterie board as an app hoping it would come out quick as it was late and we were hungry. It took almost 30 minutes.
This was a birthday dinner which I noted in the reservation notes. Despite the incredible amount of time it took to get a table, and then for food to come out, they still charged us for a dessert. For a birthday dinner. Yikes.

Austin”s was everything we hoped it would be! The space is classy and cozy, perfect for a date night! We had the best window seat in the front and our server Adara was wonderful! She welcomed us with her beautiful smile and adept knowledge of the menu.
