Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Chattanooga

What can you really say about ice cream? It's delicious. That's what Baskin-Robbins does: delicious ice cream. They have a pretty amazing variety of flavors and ways to eat it. Their kids choices are adorable, little cups featuring animals with sprinkles and even a little paper hat (much like the old Burger King crowns). The service was acceptable and courteous. I must admit the two people behind the counter on this visit were soft spoken and not very energetic, but that doesn't detract much from the overall experience.

If you're in the area having a meal, I recommend skipping desert at the restaurant and having some Baskin-Robbins ice cream instead. You...

I ordered an Ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday party in the morning. I was told they had 2 cakes made up and they could write happy birthday on the cake and it would be ready by the end of the day. My daughter went to pick up the cake. no cake. no "order form". the completely non chalant teenager on the other end of the phone made it obvious he could not have cared less. He acknowledged they did have cakes made, but he would need 2 days notice to take the 2 minutes to write " happy birthday" on the thing. Do Not Believe Store Hours. Pulled up 6pm on thursday, place looked open. There was at least a half dozen people in there both behind the counter, sitting at the tables, walking around, cars outside (the employees now park in the shade spots so there was at least 4 cars there. But doors were locked and they just looked at me trying to get in. Looked like some kind of personal hangout party to me and they locked the customer out. So will not be back.
