So as this our first time here I am going to start with the decorating. Surprisingly a few Asian items tossed into a red and white checkered covered tables. Feels more like a 50's diner then Hibachi theme. More so because of the lack of Hibachi grills. So no show as they cook. Not really an issue as all the othe Hibachi restaurants in Chattanooga have shows that pretty much useless. Staff was friendly but gave off a hurry up vibe. The music being played was horrible. So the standard salad, yes out of a bag. Seems to be the standard anymore. The Miso soup tastes canned. Even my ice tea has no color or flavor whatsoever. Now our main courses, the tempra was light, crispy and well presented. The shrimp scallops, and steak meal. Well presented and cooked correctly. However the scallops mushy from being frozen. But that a side, not a bad meal. So all in all 3 stars.

Best Chinese food in town (been searching for somethinglike this for over 10 years), and offers delicious sushi too! The Honey Chicken tasted freshly made (not from frozen) served piled high on a plate...no extraneous veggies here, and was the best that my dining guest had ever enjoyed; same goes for the General Tso's Chicken. Even the Vegetable Lo Mein was super delicious. The sushi was incredibly yummy and well prepared. The restaurant itself is nothing fancy, but the food will definitely have us returning again. A hidden gem if you're a fan of sushi.

This was my second visit. The first time I had the Bente Box which is a sampler and that’s what I wanted except that’s only a lunch offering. So instead we both ordered the chicken Hibachi which was good. It was a Sunday evening and while we were only one of two tables eating in, there must have been 20 to go orders during our visit including what looked to be two door dash vendors. So it’s definitely popular and not surprising considering there are not many options on Hwy 58. I’ll definitely go back when in the area.

Cute little place. Very clean and not busy today. The miso soup was slightly bland and has a metallic taste. I wish soup was made from scratch nowadays. The salad was not pre-dressed which I appreciate because many places put to much dressing. The dressing has a light ginger flavor and hints of orange, good flavor. Tempura has wonderful color and cooked perfectly. Portions were not overly big. Vegetables were hand cut and fresh. They qere cooked well and still crunchy. Hibachi chicken and steak were moist, not over cooked, and lightly seasoned. I appreciate it was not drowning in soy sauce. There were 3 distinctly different flavors, one for the chicken, 1 for the steak and 1 for the vegetables. The fried rice has a lovely flavor. Definitely worth...

I ordered Miso Soup and Fried Wings. (my husband ordered something else) The Miso soup was "OK". Instead of wings(which is what I paid for) I got wing dings. For people that don't know the difference, this would be acceptable. My husband and I were HOPING this place would be different but unfortunately, it isn't. Asian Food in NJ, NY, MD, PA, DE, CT you get what you pay for. This was laughable and DRY. WE THREW ALL THE MENUS IN THE GARBAGE. You lost a customer with us. You had the sweet baby girl flag us down to give us extra menus but the food is garbage. She was sweet but bottom line is, we hate paying for false advertisement. The best Chinese cousine is in Eastlake on 23rd...
