Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Chattanooga

Well it happened again Apparently after giving them another Chance. Absolutely horrible Service my and my wife stopped by to grab some lunch since they weren’t busy 4 - 5 People inside several looked like they haven’t gotten their food yet. and from the time we had set down it was just a few minutes before the Waitress greeted us and took a Drink order My with Ordered a Water and Myself a Jack&Coke a few minutes later she Brought the Water and A Coke and Walked off before I had a Chance to Tell her it was supposed to be a Jack&Coke By this time She was no ware to be found while we were looking around for her about 15 min go’s by or so she pops up by the Behind the Bar Leaning over behind the Bar with the Bar Tender on her Phone I believe Several minutes go by so I decided I would just walk to the Bar and Grab A Drink Myself on the Way up The Waitress turns around and Walk towards me and I Nicely asked Can you Check on my Drink She said I gat you a Coke and I said yes It was supposed to be a Jack&Coke tho It seemed that really Annoyed her but she Turned and Asked the Bartender for A Jack&Coke it looked like some words were exchanged Since the Bartender looked at me and Made a Face So right after the waitress brought my Drink to our Table set it Down And At that point I Noticed Her Left hand Ware she was holding my Drink Glass looked to be Bleeding or Had Been Recently with several Cuts ware here hand was directly touching ware my mouth would be On the Glass Rim. So we Placed our Order hoping it would get better from here on out But it didn’t Our food did came out at the same time And Looked Great But everything was Only Warm We decided it was time to leave. We finally got the attention of our waitress. She came over with a puzzled look on her face told her the situation she did not say anything, but only snatched the food up and walked away with it. Several minutes went by she came back and laid the receipt on the table, still charging us for The Bowl of Fries we Did Not Eat we were so upset with everything that had transpired. I went ahead and paid the ticket for my drink and the fries. We did not eat. By this time, A Older Gentleman and his wife that had set down behind us and ordered right before us could tell we were upset about something and the gentleman asked was your food all cold too??? I stated yes, sir. It was as we were getting up and leaving. I truly hope the OWNER gets this place straightened out. It did used to be a great little spot to grab some...

Best wings anywhere and we have had Buffalo wings in Buffalo Beefs are more superior. I come from Canada usually spend about 6 to 8 visits at this restaurants 3 times a year because my brother in law we stay with lives 5 mins from this location and it's a great spot to meet other family members for lunch or dinner who are coming from.other areas outside the area.....I find this place normally a ok place I have really no major complaints ..staff is usually prompt and know there stuff work as a pretty good team .. I just wish the staff could smile about anything now and then..everyone right down to the bartender tonight who I recognize from the last 30 times over the years we have gone in there has the same drab deamener ..dont get me wrong he knows his stuff and has to tend bar and take care of tables around the bar thats not easy and he does probably the best job anyone can do so I commend him on that for sure ..just wish there was a little more of a smile and bounce to his step . ....it would mean so much to customers and he would get tipped more to be honest ..but i tip well no matter the situation thats just me as I owned a Brew House pub for 29 yrs in Niagara on the Lake in Canada ....lastly we bought a ton of wings tonight as its wing night ...let the cooks know that yes they have a health board protocol on how long they are to be cooked in the fryer obviously but these wings tonight were really rubbery..felt just shy of being cooked enough really were not that great...no one ate any of them except for a couple as we were scared we might get sick...we did get a to go containers to take home cook a little more tomorrow for dinner so all good ...could be the fryer or timer not sure ..just something to consider leave them in a couple minutes longer and I bet they would be perfect...anyway all in all we really like this location so please don't shoot the messenger as these are only a few considerations to look at . ...ps your staff I notice a couple have been there for years sometimes you get a little a complacent it's natural but they need to always remember that their service and their attitude and deamener goes a long way to customers...All in all this location is our go to and will continue to be as food and staff and over all atmosphere is pretty well up to par with most other establishments like this other than a couple gliches they need to iron out...See you next...

I’m bummed to leave this review, as we used to really love coming here. Unfortunately yesterday was a far from good experience, first with the busted seat back that should have been addressed before sitting us at the booth, it fell as soon as my daughter and wife sat down, so I rigged it up to hold until the other couple on the other side sat down and it pushed my girls over. Our waitress was far from attentive to our booth, I don’t know if she was new or just didn’t seem to realize we were there. It took about 15 minutes from the time we were sat at our booth, before our waitress even acknowledged us, yet there were 4 other waitresses that eyeballed us multiple times beforehand. After my daughter and I ordered our soda's and my wife asked for a beer menu, we also placed our small food order as we already knew what she wanted, she took it and said she would be back shortly. 20 minutes later she brings our sodas and the menu, sets them on the table and walks off without taking my wife’s drink order. I had to get up and ask another waitress for straws, and found our waitress in the little kitchen opening standing there staring at something so I asked her for the beer my wife wanted, she got the order in, then shortly after came to our table and said they didn’t have what she wanted, so my wife ordered another that they did have. It literally took another 17 minutes before she brought my wife’s drink to her, before that happened I already stated to my wife that we should leave as our waitress is obviously distracted or doesn’t seem to care about us, but she wanted me to hang in there. During this time, I witnessed 2 other sets of families be seated in her area well after us already get their drinks, and even one table get their meals. It took another 15 minutes before we got our food, we only ordered 2 small wing orders, a basket of fries and 2 side salads. I know this review is drawn out, but our total time there was 1 hour and 27 minutes from the moment we walked in to the moment I walked out. We took separate cars so I told my wife to take our daughter home so they didn’t have to wait any longer for the terrible service.
