Bad business to me. Came to this location and was highly disappointed. I was given an order I didn't ask for. They counted spring rolls for my second entree yet charged me the same price for a two.meat entree. Are you kidding? I went back to say I want the second entree versus the Spring rolls and offered to just pay the difference bc I was charged the same price as for two meat entree. I didn't know there wasn't a one entree price. All they did was argue back and forth with me about how they rang up the food versus just giving me my second entree and letting me pay the differnece. Finally, I just asked for my money back. Then told me no refunds just a gift card back to Panda. This is sad. I asked if this is decison of corporate office and was told yes. I will not b back to this location. I am not paying meat price for spring rolls. I should have been told this upfront bc they were out of Angus steak I usually get and the other steak was spicy. They could have swallowed their pride and just gave me my meat entree and saved the lost customer and 15 dollar gift card.

My usual location is Hamilton Place, and now it will stay my main location. I understand some food items may not be available late night but there was atleast 1.5 hours till closing. Go to Chick fila customer...

I visited the Ooltewah Tennessee location this evening. I ordered a Family Meal at the drive thru, I ordered a box of Angus Steak which has an up charge of $4+, then I ordered another box of Chicken, after I told them what that box was going to be they told me that there wasn't enough to fill the box, they made it seem like it was just that box of chicken. They asked me if I wanted to wait or if they could fill the rest with orange chicken. I agreed to filling the sesame chicken up with the orange chicken, I had no idea that they also meant the premium steak box.

When I got home I opened the boxes and they had filled half the steak box (that I paid extra for) with orange chicken, as well as the other box. I was confused bc I thought they had given me three boxes of orange chicken. So I called them and they said to come back by and I could have a box of Steak.

I went back by there and they I called them and they told me to drive back. When I got there they refused to give me a box of steak. My wife has a gluten intolerance and they just filled half her dinner with gluten. Since two members of my party have been sick since visiting this place, I would like to give it an even lower rating that "0 STARS", but you have to select at least 1 STAR to be able to create a post. We typically visit another Chinese Rest. in Ooltewah for our Chinese fix but decided to give the new Panda Express a try. Unfortunately that was a bad choice on our part. This was both our FIRST and LAST visit to this new establishment but I should have read the reviews prior so that's my fault. Food was not as expected and actually tasted awful with each of us throwing away over half of our orders. Two members of our party ordered chow mien, which they had to make so you would think it would be OK. WRONG, it was under cooked and actually cold. Several tried the Orange Chicken as an entree with the same results, hardened from the warmers and tasted terrible. Another tried the Walnut shrimp as an entree but it was cold as well. For some reason this place was busy but I guess since it's new it will fool some at least once as it did me. Don't waste your hard earned money here there are better eating establishments in...
