It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I understand why the aren't calling these wings "Chili's". We had a helluva time locating this business. When we finally found it, someone did come out and confirm that we had an order and it was almost ready. We were waiting on our fried oreos to be ready. We waited a few more minutes and the order came out correctly. So this is carry-out or curbside. We had nearly 3 dozen wings and fries and drinks and dessert. What's the one thing you're definitely gonna need eating wings? I dunno... napkins? I said how many napkins did we get? to my wife. She said uhhh... none! I figured they would cheap out and do like 2 of them. Zero? Really? I said what about plastic ware? Nope. Ketchup? Nope. We DID get straws. So there's at least 2 stars. When we opened our wings just 10 minutes later, they were not hot (temp) and they were soggy. The Buffalo seasoning was good but mushy chicken I cannot stomach. The first time I ordered from here (sometime in 2021) I ordered the garlic parmesan wings, and they were unremarkable. But garlic parmesan is not a flavor I get very often, and I didn't think i could fairly judge them , so I figured I would try them another time. Today, I ordered Buffalo wings and they, too, were unremarkable. They barely had any sauce or flavor on them. So it makes sense as to why you can order sides of sauces, because they desperately need it. I was missing a wing, but there were an abundance of fries. But for $9, it was a good portion size. And the food was ready when they said it was (I picked up). But it was soggy by thr time I got home 15 minutes later. But that doesn't bother me.

In summary, I will not be ordering again. I want saucey wings that are a mess to eat and cause me to have to constantly wipe my fingers. Not wings that are the le Croix of wings; barely sauced...

I wanted to post a review because I see a lot of bad reviews about this place. I have ordered here several times through DoorDash, and the food has always been great. I have never been to the actual location, so I couldn’t put a 5 star review for that. The food is always warm/hot when I get it, and the wings have always had plenty of sauce fully covering them.
