Food is good as well as service. The best part is the sweet older lady name Pat that works the front register or drive through. She is super sweet and very funny. She talks to everyone like she has known them her entire life. She makes waiting for your food to come out during busy times very enjoyable. If food isn't coming out fast enough she goes to the back wanting to know where the food is and what is taking so long. If she doesn't have a customer at the register she is running around helping everyone else. Pat runs circles around all the young people she works with. I watched her today as I waited for my food and this lady is a very hard worker and it amazes me she isn't manager. I have a feeling if she was manager she wouldn't be sitting in the back never seen unless asked for by a customer. She would still be working the front taking orders and bagging them up. I can't stress enough how much this lady needs a raise and a promotion. I don't care how much she is making now it...

This place has gone down hill HARD AND FAST in the past two years. Service is routinely awful to the point where I stopped going to this location for any reason what so ever about 6 months ago. I finally decided to come back to this one since it's the closest food establishment to my office, but ONCE AGAIN it was an awful experience. I ordered a plain combo, didn't get a plain combo. I ordered an extra side item which I had to go back in and get immediately myself.

When I went back in to get the combo corrected, they were talking in the back how i never said plain, but I order the same thing and always get plain. I drove back to my office and then had to drive all the way back to this place to get my order corrected to be called a liar. I didn't even ask for my money back, just my correct order. Why would I spend half of my lunch trying to get my FOOD and not even ask for money back if I was lying about what I ordered? awful place. awful awful...

Me and my wife stopped here and where do we begin?! The cashier just so happened to be up there at the time we came in but then literally her and every last employee in the building went outside to smoke and we were left in the building alone and when they did come back in after one went across the street to dollar general (with the to go head set on) they came back in got on there phones and one sat at a table(right next to us!) and went to sleep it was slow but still no excuse when there were dirty chairs and other furniture and she was clocked in and not on her break... I would understand better about getting on your phones or napping on a lunch break but none of them were on one.. it was every employee in there either on their phones or sleeping while clocked in... very rude. It also smelled really bad, food was terrible, and drinks were all watered down.. GROSS.. would give a -5...
