Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chattanooga

This place could (and should) be SO MUCH better than it is. First, I LIKE TB food. I've been to this location 3 times for breakfast , over the past 3 to 4 months, each time at roughly 7:15AM, and EACH TIME "the coffee machine isn't working". REALLY? I'm guessing if management bothered to come in before 6:59 AM (a full minute before opening) then they'd have coffee. How does a restaurant that serves breakfast not also serve coffee??!!! What are the odds that the ONLY 3 times that they're without coffee are the 3 times I decided to stop in? The 3rd time was this morning. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and actually went back for lunch (I didn't get anything this morning). First, I was in the drive-thru line for 18 minutes, start to finish. When I ordered, the clerk asked if I wanted to 'round up' for a local charity, I said yes. I gave them exact bills for rounding up, & the girl tried to give me change. When I told her that I 'rounded up', she was bewildered, turned around, and PUT THE CHANGE IN HER POCKET!!!!! I guess she thought if she didn't see me, then I couldn't see her doing it! THEN, after the 18 minutes, I got my bag & left. I didn't check it - I should have. 2/3 of the order was WRONG! I'm not done with Taco Bell, but I'm done with THIS Taco Bell for sure. It should be shameful to the company and to the owner. I seriously...

Update 2 Gave this location another chance. This is what I just paid $7.50 for... a cantina chicken quesadilla with supposed extra cheese. One of the slices is completely dry! Give me a freaking break. Photo added

UPDATE A very long while back I wrote this Taco Bell a glowing review. It truly was a delight of a restaurant, better in every way than it had any business being. Now?...

...Now that it has been demolished and reconstructed I wonder also if they didn't fire everyone and hire new people/management. I just visited for the first time since the new building opened, and... fme the food was so off. Tacos were a soggy oily mess and the quesadilla mostly just bread.

It's clear that they're cutting corners, fired the people who knew what they were doing, in an effort to pad the pockets of the ownership. The contrast between what I received tonight and what I have in the past makes that clear.

AVOID this location if you can.

So, I'm giving this location five stars... for a Taco Bell. We all know what to expect and it isn't something you're going to write home to Mom about, but this location is consistently fast, with friendly service, and accurate orders. It seems to be really well run and certainly much better than your average Taco Bell. Quite literally haven't been...

If I could give a zero I would. This place is fine if you're going through the drive through since you're able to check your bag and correct them if they forget stuff. The wait times can be pretty lengthy sometimes but the food is almost always great. Well tonight I decided to order delivery through the app. The first order was a cravings box with the three items and a drink, a singular cheesy gordita crunch, and an extra drink. Well they forget the single gordita crunch which was my main food item and quite a bummer. It's really not that hard people just read the freaking receipt you can clearly see how many items there are. So I decide to go back and order another single taco and two freezes. This time I have to wait over an hour and 4 different doordashers to get just the single taco. They wanted to tell the doordashers that they never got the order when it was quite obvious that I had. I tried to call into the store to handle this problem myself and surprise surprise the phone lines are cut off. This is absolutely abysmal service and not something you should have to expect when they charge you out the ass...
