The pizza is good, but I’m giving them a one star due to false advertising and poor customer service.
Their website, front door of their business (snow hill location), as well as Google searches all state they are open until 12 AM on Saturday night. You should be aware that they are closing down the kitchen before 10 PM, and are not accepting orders for the remaining two hours they are meant to be open and operational.
If you attempt to call them on their landline, they will not pick up. Not only did I experience this for myself on more than one occasion, but when we drove to the store front and asked if we could order a pizza, they reluctantly said yes. While they were making our pizza, the phone was ringing off the hook and they simply would not answer it.
The other time we tried to call them, and they would not pick up we again drove to the storefront. This was around 10 PM on a Saturday night. When we went inside the store and asked if we could place an order the employees told us no, we then confirmed that their operating hours on a Saturday are meant to be until 12 AM. They had also turned off the exterior “Marcos Pizza” sign, even though they were “open.”
If they are short staffed and need to have modified operating hours because of that, then at the very least communicate that with their customers, otherwise it portrays them as being poorly managed, incompetent, and lazy.

Ok with all of that being said your employee Sydney was very nice. I have trouble hearing and she was very patient with me which I appreciated. It becomes a little embarrassing sometimes so I felt good while she filled my order. While the order was being prepared I walked next door to Publix Market and quickly picked up a few items then returned to find my order was ready as expected. This second employee was also extremely courteous as Sydney was. Summing up I wanted to in writing compliment all of your employee’s for their good natured personalities. A plus in any customer related business. Before my wife passed away we would on a regular basis order deliveries from this same store. Those delivery employee’s were also always very nice. I'm extremely disappointed with the manager of this location. I mean, I understand you have a difficult job of managing teenagers for pennies per hour but it's no reason to allow them to swear in front of guests, play fight in the kitchen, and ignore a patron (I say patron because I wasn't a customer). This happened during the afternoon of 1/26/24.
I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and passed by at least five times by four different people, including the manager, and neither of them asked me if I had been assisted with.
Worse - When finally asked if I needed help, and after saying yes, another employee in the kitchen yelled out, "No he doesn't."
Absolute unprofessionalism. No uniforms. No name tags. No hairnets. And with all the yelling with no face masks, I can't imagine how much spit your food gets on them. Shameful and disgusting.
