Service was quick, and the building is attractive. We went here specifically to avoid going to one of the big chains. I liked that this chain is locally owned. We ordered a Chi latte, a matcha latte, and a waffle biscuit thing (1st item on their menu). Wife liked the biscuit, but it came with American cheese, which ruined it for me. The two lattes must have been made incorrectly because they tasted watered down and were not fit to drink. If they were made correctly, then they should not be on the menu. Got a coupon for a free small drink or 1/2 off a medium or large. I figured I would try it based on one of the drinks I saw on the flyer. I was going to order a medium or large so they would at least get something out of it. I went through the drive through and was told that the drink I wanted didn't come in standard sizes and that it was in a "grey area" regarding the coupon. So I ended up with nothing.
