Unfortunately I never like giving reviews, but I must. First and foremost I must address the customer service which is terrible. When I arrived at the drive-thru window it's like they're rushing and can't hear you. Maybe get a new system, turn up the volume. When I got to the window she said $62, that's it, I just looked at her and said no, then she just shut the window, then came back and said you had an online order, I replied yes, then she comes back with my drink, strawberry sauce all on the side of the cup, I said to myself I will just wipe it off when I get my food, I’m thinking a napkin would be in the bag, she then comes back with my food, I knew something was wrong the way it tilted when she gave it to me, Im not sure what she said . I immediately looked in the bag for a napkin and a straw, neither was in there, who gives a drink and no straw? Then proceeds to open the food container, the tacos looked ok, one of them was fully prepared and what I mean by that is the toppings were great and the chicken was a full piece, now on the remaining two, the chicken looked like a chicken nugget, it didnt make it to half of the taco, the point of a taco is to have meat all through, not just at the beginning and once you take two bites all that’s left is toppings and the wrap it was prepared in, I can say that they were fresh, but they skimped on the chicken. So I actually had only two tacos. Can you just make the tacos look like the picture, that is a full piece of chicken. Please do better, times are harder, people do not have money to waste, the strawberry lemonade taste regular, I guess all the strawberry syrup was on the outside of the cup. Read moreI went in to pick up a mobile order and added a salad. The salad was not full as I didn’t get all the items. When I got home I ate part of my mobile order. When I went to get the salad. It didn’t taste right. I immediately called the store and asked for the manager. I spoke with who I learned was the GM. Shared that it taste funny and requested to switch it out. When I returned, I was accused of eating half of it and then driving back to get a new one. Does it make sense at all. Why would I go out of my way to do that. I explained that the box was not full. When she asked it to be reordered it was and she then said that they all look that way. False. I am disappointed because I normally go to this restaurant but now don’t feel valued as a customer. I would not drive home, eat the other portion which I told her was fine then drive back to return a half eaten salad. Something was wrong with the salad an one bite was all it took. I requested a fresh salad and no dressing since I thought that is what it was.
If you are looking for good customer service this isn’t it. The GM is setting the example of how to treat paying customers and she told me should wouldn’t exchange it in the future if the food was bad because of how it appeared. Minus me eating the toast only a bite had been eaten. If I go to any others in my area I will now take photos of my food before leaving. The salad was small but I figure it was because I removed items like tomatoes and cucumbers which help fill it out. So disappointed...
Read moreNormally this Zaxby's is fine. Pretty quick, However this last experience was irritating to say the least. I ordered food for my family and I online. I proceeded to pick up my food from the drive thru like the instructions from my receipt said but when I got to the restaurant the girl at the kiosk (in the drive thru) looked lost. She used her walkie to ask if my online order could be given to me. They told her no, I had to drive all the way around the restaurant , park, and walk into the restaurant and pick up my order from the rack and fill up my own drinks(which i have never had to do before at this location.)Of course i followed the instructions because... what other choice did I have. When i walked in my food was still not ready and had to wait another 12-15 minutes. At this point I could have just oredered in the drive thru, stayed in my car, and waited the same amount of time. I hope this will not be a consistent problem. All i can say is if you order on-line be prepared to waste some time , go into the restaurant to get your food, and consider bringing a second person to help grab your food if its multiple entrees and drinks.Im sure this is a new policy but buyers beware.
