I booked my reservation online ,then arrived at the drury12-23-24 around 3pm. Theysia an African American women with glasses and a ponytail checked me into my room# 630. When l booked my reservation l asked to be on the 8 floor. This lady was extremely rude, while she was helping me there was a man before me that she was helping that she asked him to wait on the side. While she was helping me she yells at him you need to focus on Miami. Then she made the switch from room 630 to 830 for me. I go to my room everything is okay. I go to breakfast the next morning 12-24-24 around 8am, as l am leaving breakfast with my child Theysia stopped me while she is carrying this clear containerto try to sneak disk me, and say hey when l first saw you yesterday you looked like my friend Patricia or Phyllis something like that. I looked at her and literally had no words, but one okay! Got on the elevator to go back up to leave. I come back to the hotel there is a lady with a clipboard coming out of my room. This lady is walking fast, l am trying to figure out why is this lady coming out of my room, when l opted out of having the maid to come and refresh my room so l get the 250 points. So I quickly knew we were being monitored. I go outside2:30 am to get the Christmas gifts out of the carcome back upstairs somebody threw something under the door l did not want to alarm my kid cause l knew he was waking up soon.Christmas morning came wewoke up at 5 am to open gifts. 6am came and our alarm start going off, We didn't touch that alarm, let me remind you we stayed here the night before and did use the alarm, but remember the lady who came into our room a Caucasian women with glasses and a ponytail put up with a clip and a red vest, that lady set that alarm. To the lady that did that sweetheart you wasted your time, we woke up at 5 am you could have spent that time doing something else. At 12:30pm we leave, but l take our Christmas gifts back to the car since we are being monitored. I returned to the hotel at 4pm. I quickly sense, smelled, and seen that someone had been back in the room and they left a red bread tie on the flyer for the kitchen bar. I will never stay at this hotel again it is beautiful But that is it. There are security cameras in the parking lot and when you entered the building on the 1st floor, but there are no cameras on the floors 2-8 where the rooms are located. They have 3 elevators one on the left and 2 on the right, one of the elevators on the right have a sliding door that employees can get on and off from the 1 floor to the 8 floor so someone from the front can be watching you come in the hotel while they are letting the person who is in your room know you are coming up to your room (Beware)!!!!!!! I will never stay at this...
Read moreWe recently stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel from Sunday, October 19 to Tuesday, October 21, 2025 and had an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Victoria, Ashlii, and Cass, were incredibly professional, warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
The rooms were spotless and well maintained, with beds that were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after our busy days. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, which was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes and dietary preferences.
To our pleasant surprise, the hotel also offers a complimentary evening “Kickback” from 5:30 to 7:00 pm, which goes beyond just snacks. It felt more like a light dinner or a hearty appetizer. The menu included pasta with meatballs and sauce, fresh salad, baked potatoes, chili with an assortment of toppings, nachos, and a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, all included at no extra charge. The comfortable seating in the Pleasanton’s area made it easy for all guests to relax and enjoy the meal.
Additionally, the hotel’s location is ideal, centrally situated near a mall, a variety of restaurants, local attractions, and, conveniently, a Walmart. This made it very easy to get around and access everything we needed.
Overall, our stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel was fantastic. The combination of outstanding service, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent food offerings, and a prime location made it a truly memorable visit. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tennessee and would gladly stay here again.
As a matter of fact, we are now headed to the Drury Inn in Louisville, Kentucky. We hope the experience is just as pleasant and welcoming.
Lastly, let’s not forget the workout center. Make no excuses, trust me, you won’t want to miss your workout. Bring your workout clothes.
Thank you for an awesome experience. Drury Plaza Hotel and staff, you had us...
Read moreOnce you stay here you won’t want to stay at any other brand of hotel! Drury has done it right, they’ve thought of everything to make your stay easy, comfortable & so convenient. Gordon at the front desk was very friendly & because they had a lot of the two rooms available he gave us an upgrade, which we really appreciated. What a nice treat! We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool area is very nice lots of windows surrounding the area & a nice spot to even lounge outside. The weight room is well fitted with a variety of equipment. The dining area is large & the breakfast and the evening meal that is all included was good. The rooms are very comfortable & the whole hotel is very clean & nicely decorated. The staff were all very efficient & friendly, the managers are out walking around checking on things, or asking if you need anything. The GM Cass was super. She walked around checking in with people that they were enjoying themselves, she also wasn’t afraid to grab a broom or a cloth to tidy up along side staff. There had been bad weather for where our next stop was & on line it showed the next Drury was full. We got talking to Cass & she said let me see if I can do something. And sure enough we were lucky enough to get a room, she got a hold of their GM & although they were pretty full she was able to book us in. We are so appreciative and this will now always be our stop in the future. In this day & age when so much is just about making a dollar this hotel does not make you feel like that, they make you feel very comfortable & that you are really getting a great deal. Would highly...
