Bobby is awesome! The only difficulty I had was keeping up with his wealth of knowledge regarding mattresses. Very personable, polite, knowledgeable and knew exactly when to take a break from my wife and I so that we could discuss our business privately. He was not high pressure and was honest about everything. Again...HE WAS NOT A HIGH PRESSURE SALESMAN: IT CAN BE DONE! Didn't ask about our budget, didn't try to "upsale" us. He simply took the time to walk us around and educate us on what we would, potentially, buy. Honest about wanting to earn our business and sacrificed over two hours mixing and matching different packages so that we had EXACTLY what we wanted! The rest of the team at this location were, also, very polite and helpful. I walked in to the store ready to get mad at a salesman; I feel like "salesmen" are the worst part of shopping. However, that never happened. When he knew how to help, he would offer advice and when he didn't, he said..."I DON"T KNOW." That's super important! Anyway, my wife and I were very pleased with our experience, and are looking forward to the next time we have a need to shop at Mattress Firm! Great products, great value, great deals, and wonderful staff!

BOBBY!...

Had a great experience with Bobby selecting my adjustable Beautyrest mattress! Although I had waffled on making a decision on a great deal Bobby had put together for me early in September, he was just as helpful and accommodating in guiding me through the process again on October 1st, and offering me an equally great deal on the same mattress. He answered my multitude of questions and reassured me that if I had any issues, he would do his best to get them resolved. The base and mattress were delivered today, October 5th, pretty much as Bobby described. The lead guy took time to answer my questions, took measurements to help me get the bed to the right height, and showed my cousin where brackets could be attached for a headboard. All in all, the sales experience and delivery have gone very well. I would definitely return to Bobby for any future mattress purchase and recommend to anyone shopping for one. The true test now is sleeping on the mattress to see if it meets my expectations. Stay tuned for a review when I'm well rested and satisfied with...

So I am giving this store an amazing review. My wife and I have own Walmart brand, Purple brand, and even Sleep number, but each one has given us different problems. But when we went to this store we finally found a bed we loved, and here is a few reasons I think you should come to this location in particular. First, both fellows that helped us Bobby Allen, JB, they honestly told us the pros and cons of each bed we looked at. A big help to my wife and I was they left us ALONE. We had shopped alot at plenty of other stores and they would not leave us alone, to feel the bed comfortably. Second Bobby has an amazing personality, he tells it how it is, and it is very funny. He was able to really snag us a awesome deal. Third, my wife and I are not rich by any means, and with covid and my wife losing her job, we have had some "financial hardships". But we needed a better bed and better sleep. When it was all said and done, we were able to walk out with the bed of our dreams, with less stress on our shoulders about money.
