Bad experience yesterday 6/7/19

-After Alexis help her customer, she walked away and let Tim fix all our sandwiches

-We spent $40, Tim said that he couldn’t break $100 I didn’t have change so I had to use my card. There are no signs saying that they can’t take anything bigger than a $50. -We didn’t get any napkins, when my dad asked for some, Alexis rolled her eyes and handed him a couple. -Tim forgot to put cheese on the Subway Club (Pepper jack) and left almost 2’ with nothing on the sandwich. I let Alexis know and she didn’t say anything to me but asked Tim if he didn’t put cheese on the sandwich. Tim said something and Alexis responded, I guess you didn’t put cheese on a sandwich, that’s what she’s saying. Tim asked to look at the sandwich and said that he would make a new one. As Tim was cutting the bread open, Alexis told him not to make a new one and to just give me cheese to put in myself. My dad got upset and said that he just wants a refund. Alexis said that they aren’t authorized to do that. My dad asked her to call the manager and she said that the manager never answers her phone. My dad was so upset with the way Alexis was treating us, that he lost his appetite and said that he would never go here again. At one point, Alexis, said so what I’m leaving in a few days anyways. Do not pay with anything other than cash!! I made the mistake of paying with a debit card because I accidentally left my cash in my car. If you can't pay with cash make sure to go over your bill before swipping. I hadn't been to subway in a long time so when the lady told me what I owed I was shocked at how much their prices had gone up. I sit down to eat and look over my receipt. She had charged me for random items I did not ask for, I did not want and items I did want but didn't receive. I very quietly and politely went up and asked if I was just reading it wrong. The kid looked over it and started apologizing saying she must have accidentally been pushing buttons. I asked him to put the money back for the items I didn't want or ask for and because I paid with my debit card he said I couldn't be refunded. I understand mistakes happen but it was caught and they still refused to refund me. At that point it's stealing. I am going to keep contacting people higher up until I am refunded for the items I did not ask...

The staff was friendly and welcoming. They also worked well together and were in sync - while I had difficulty articulating what I wanted (mainly cuz I was hungry and wanted everything 😁) the subway staff had my order rung up and ready before I pulled my payment out of my wallet.

My family and I had one each of the following with chips and a drink: Toasted Italian herb & cheese footling with chicken strips, pepper Jack cheese and veggies.😋 Toasted the great garlic with pepper Jack cheese and lots of veggies. 😋
