Update 2024/25: Oreo mudpie, and the caramel apple are amazing!
2023: I'm not a huge fan of sweets. That being said, my whole family got treats and I did the only acceptable thing when the smallest size is slightly smaller than a red solo cup... Dad tax!
I did taste the Pina colada Italian ice and it was delicious!
My wife got the Birthday Cake. It tastes like... A birthday cake, and surprisingly so!
Daughter 1: swirl ice cream and it was a rich chocolate and a vibrant vanilla, way better than most soft serves.
Daughter 2: caramel apple. This one surprised me as it tasted like a frozen caramel apple from the blender. It was really good!
Daughters friend: Mango something gelati. Not a fan of mango but again, this was a really good treat.
Son: chocolate ice cream. It was a deeper flavor than normal for soft serve and a really good option.
The kid sitting next to us: strawberry shortcake (my sweet weakness). I've never been envious of a 5 year old boy before but it looked amazing, I asked his dad how it was and he echoed the sentiment. The boy could not be reached for comment due to a mouth full of gelati.
The service was great, young men working at their (probably) first job, kind and friendly attitudes.
The atmosphere was bright and cheerful. There WAS a lingering smell like a backed up septic tank in a neighboring facility that I didn't notice until I got inside, but it didn't take away from the good flavors and kind...
Read moreThis establishment brings love and support to my ever growing desire for a sweet treat. Although that much is true, I do have 2 issues I have came across whilst journeying here.
The first issue is the biggest one. The drive through line. This line takes a very long time, I donât have any suggestions, but I would advise architects to take a second look and ponder the faulty line. It takes a very long amount of time to go through it.
The second issue is one I only just experienced. Whilst I was munching away, mindlessly, and free, I slowly nibbled my way down to the bottom of the cone, and came to a shocking discovery. I ordered a swirl cone, with absolutely nothing else. The top of the cone was normal, and exactly what I ordered. Then, I made it to the bottom and found sprinkles! I didnât order sprinkles! Luckily for my scenario, I do in-fact enjoy sprinkles. I do know someone who would be at danger of this mistake. My fifth cousins hamsters ex-owners son is deathly allergic to sprinkles, so if he had gotten the same faulty ice-cream-cone as I had, frankly he wouldnât be here. Let that sink in. I listed the photo below for further proof.
Those are my only 2 issues, if discluding these, this establishment has perfect and wonderful service and...
Read moreThis place is great in the ice cream itself is to die for. It's probably the best that I have ever had. But whenever you make an order and you need to call and change it and they don't have their voicemail setup and no one will answer the phone or has it turned off this is very annoying. I tried to cash in my points to get a free delivery but it didn't tell me that I couldn't get free delivery right now until I had already paid. I just had surgery so I can't drive up there to pick up my order. They don't have a way of letting you change it online so you have to call. So maybe you can see my frustration. Now I'm out a good amount of money and still won't get my ice cream tonight. All because they don't want to use...
