While the food is good. The service whether ordering Taco Bell or KFC is either untrained or uninterested in follow through. Do NOT leave the window without going through you bags. We travel I94 between Jackson and Ann Arbor several times a week. Often we drive through for dinner/ most often KFC. We used to have to call after leaving the window and being back on I94 only to find we didn't have silverware, or part of our order was gone. Lately we don't leave the window until we go through everything to double check the order. One night we asked for honey, the kid was certain they didn't carry it. I had to ask him to go ask a manager to show him where the honey was. Tonight we had to ask them for our drink and for silverware. When we ordered they didn't know what a snack box was. They charged us for each piece of chicken and the biscuit seperately. If this were occassional I'd say it's just fast food. But every time we drive through here there is a problem. It took us 5 minutes at the window with people waiting behind us. I'm tired of getting half an order or not being able to eat it because we have no silverware. While I like the food and the convience of it being halfway between our drive the sevice never changes. It never gets better. If you call them they will give you your meal free next time but it doesn't change that you may not be able to eat the one you have with you. I'd rather they get it right...

We waited 30+ minutes for 4 items off the dollar menu, 2 tostada's and 2 burritos. Those who Appeared to be part of the management staff spent the bulk of that time yelling at each other about how they messed orders up and about customers who pulled out of the drive thru. It was total chaos with no absolutely no resemblance to order amongst any of the staff. Read moreOne of the worst locations. Despite the overall bad experience every time, I still gave them my business one too many times giving benefit of the doubt. Rude staff, you can’t go off the menu they have on their site (with the specific location set) because it says one thing and in person you find out different, and don’t expect to go through this drive through faster than 10 minutes unless you’re extremely lucky. I’ve also had my order be completely wrong several times causing the wait time to be that much longer. And no, it’s not a covid short staff problem. This place was this way before.
