I want to start by saying that my stylist was very kind, patient, and genuinely tried her best. I truly appreciate her efforts, and even the other employees who stepped in to help were nice. This review is not a reflection of her, but rather of the salon overall and the way things were handled. The first red flag was overhearing (who I believe to be the owner or manager) openly speaking negatively about another client right after they walked out. That struck me as very unprofessional. When it came to my hair, it unfortunately never matched the picture I showed, which was how my usual stylist colors it. I even explained that this color was for my bridal shower this weekend, so it was extremely important to me that I was happy with the result. My hair did not turn out how I had asked at all. We had to re-tone twice and make multiple adjustments to try and fix how it turned out. I also received a light trim, but it was barely more than a “dusting.” Another employee even commented out loud that it looked like no haircut had been done at all. After spending hours trying to get my hair close to what I wanted, I finally settled on “okay”—not because I loved it, but because I didn’t want to sit through another round of fixing. The real shock came at checkout. I was charged an extremely high amount, which included extra toners (that were only needed because the color wasn’t right the first time). Even my stylist seemed confused by the total and had to double-check and look through it. Minutes before, I had noticed the owner at the computer, so it seems clear to me that extra charges were added in by management, not the stylist. So I again do not fault her for just following salon protocol. Eventually, the haircut was taken off my bill by my hair stylist and it the price was improved a little, but only after I asked about it. I still had to pay a large amount for something I am not happy with. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. My stylist did her best and was very sweet, but the unprofessional behavior, the poor execution of what should have been a straightforward service, especially for something as special as my bridal shower, and the unfair pricing left me with a very negative impression of this salon. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The shop is clean, stylish, and filled with positive energy. It's clear that everyone there truly enjoys what they do.

Ferrari is a phenomenal barber. She is professional, skilled, and genuinely passionate about her craft. She listens to what you want, offers helpful suggestions when needed, and delivers consistently sharp and clean cuts every time. You can tell she takes real pride in her work, and it shows.

The rest of the staff is just as impressive. They are friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. It's a team that treats you like family and makes every visit something to look forward to. Studio 280 is also proudly law enforcement friendly, which means a lot to me. It’s clear they care about their clients and their community.

OKAY HEAR ME OUT ‼️‼️ I got my hair done for the first time in Lord knows how long today. Not only did she agree to help me out of the kindness of her heart but she spent TIME and so, so much effort on my hair. I have never felt so good. I will never get my hair done anywhere else. EVER. I have the thickest hair, I couldn't brush my fingers through it. I just always threw it in a pony because it was the easiest way to contain it. There are never no, knots. ✨SISTER✨ I can comb my fingers through my hair for the first time in my entire life. I feel brand new.
