KFC — Restaurant in Cheraw

I came here on 12/4/20 around 7:30pm. I’m from Nc. I was in the area for work travel. Since I’m doing keto, my fast food options are limited. I had bunless burgers earlier in the day for lunch and I needed something else before hitting the road. I checked out this location online to see if they sold grilled chicken (apparently not all locations do). THEY DID! I was oh so happy!!! The KFC by my Job in NC doesn’t 😞 Anyway, I went inside to order. I got the 3 piece meal with green beans as my side. Diet Pepsi’ was my drink and I asked them to hold the biscuit. They ran out of drums, so I ended up getting 3 thighs and a breast. When I say that was the best grilled chicken I had from a fast food place, km not even lying!! I was planning on eating and driving after getting gas, but I sat right at the gas station and enjoyed my delicious chicken!’ Customer service was excellent! Cashier was super friendly. According to my receipt, her name is Mary. The restaurant was clean. Staff were wearing mask. Dinning room is closed, so you can only go inside for take out. There is a hand sanitizer dispenser by the door. I’m just sad that my local kfc doesn’t sell grilled...

This is by far the WORST kfc EVER…they don’t even try when they fixing this food my chicken was burned and biscuits was so hard I could knock someone out with… this is like my 3rd time here and every visit has been awful I will just keep going out of town back to Monroe I go.. And today since it wont allow me to state another review I went back today on 7/23/23 because I just got out of church and didn’t feel like going out of town to my favorite kfc in Monroe I stop by the terrible one in Cheraw to get the 20.00 fill up places the order no big box my food was thrown the in the bag upside down in separate boxes my fries was all over the bag no sauce for the nuggets no biscuit, the only reason I came was to get the big box the way it’s advertise on the commercials. My daughter literally cried because it was nothing like that they gave me slop. I guess I just have to drive that extra mile this place needs to really do better or close down because obviously you don’t care about...

My family and I went through the drive thru today and placed our order. I arrived to the window, paid, and was told that they were out of drumsticks in original. We opted for grilled instead. Waited several minutes and was given our bag. Our pot pies were missing from the bag. I parked, went inside to get them only to be told that I didn't order nor pay for pot pies and I wasn't getting them. I retrieved my receipt from the car to see that I indeed pay for 2 pot pies. My husband went inside and was told that the manager Melissa just didn't want to sell them to me. He asked to speak with management and she didn't come to the front to talk to him at all. They threatened to call the police on him because he was either going to get the pot pies that were paid for, or a refund. He was given the pot pies but they refused to give him the phone number to the district or regional manager. The customer service and leadership skills in this location...
