Raymond's Pizza — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

So I’m a little disappointed from this place and mainly because I ordered food tonight for Halloween and the pizza guy never showed up. I ordered my food through door dash and doordash tells me that this place has the doordash system in their restaurant. So there workers from “Raymond’s pizza do the delivery and use doordash system within the place” door dash is a different entity. So apparently the guy from Raymond’s pizza that delivered my food waited until last minute until the place was closed so we couldn’t call back I waited on my patio until I saw the driver. So what I say a car pulled up and left then I saw my order was complete. I never seen anyone come out their car. Not only that there’s a connoisseur in the place I live in and the delivery man can’t even get in unless he gets buzzed in by the connoisseur. Or if I go up to the door because I have a key pass that allows me to open the door. Again I put a complaint in and I was watching the entrance the entire Time and did not see one pizza box. So without a doubt someone came all the way here hit complete and never left their car. Oh how I waited. And for it to be stuck at deliverer is on their way to my home for about 20min until the place closed hit complete and left. My order was practically the last order. Here’s the receipt. I’m that man worked so hard to make that pizza just for someone to take it. Unprofessionally. I was looking forward to eating here but whoever that delivery driver that delivered this order gave this place a bad rep and to get a tip…. I spent $50 and hungry and now have to wait 24hours with doordash even though it wasn’t their fault. I’m not...

So awhile ago I ordered pizza for delivery from this place at around 630pm. I gave my credit card over the phone for payment and waited for my pizza. She said it was a 45 minute wait for delivery which i was ok with because i understand it can get busy. About an hour passed and still I had no pizza. I called the restaurant and they told me it was delivered so I MUST have it. I insisted that I didn't have it and the Lady said she was going to call the delivery driver. The delivery driver then called me and explained that he had delivered the pizza to the wrong house further down my street by about 3 blocks.... I asked if they signed for it and he says "Yeah, they even added a tip." I guess they would setting that they weren't the ones that were paying for it. So I thought, ok, their screw up and now they would fix it. NOPE. I was wrong. My money wasn't refunded and I was told that if I still wanted the food they would remake it and charge me again and then deliver it (hopefully to the right house this time). At this point it was about 830pm and myself, my wife, and our daughters hasn't eaten yet. I was furious and declined their bullshit offer to fix nothing and recharge me. Also, who the hell takes a pizza delivered to their house when they didn't order it, sign the receipt, and add a tip on a card that's...

just ordered the Raymond's deluxe pizza. came way under an hour. (i don't know if that's account of the fact that i'm under 7 minutes away by car. lol.) hey, it came under time and i'm happy. anyway, the delivery dude was cool, and the pizza was hot. my only little criticism was that i ordered the deluxe, which meant it had A LOT of stuff on the pizza crust. because of this, it kinda got the crust weighed down and the crust absorbing all the toppings goodness. why is this a criticism, because the crust/dough is awesome. it's not too dense, a light crisp crunch when you bit into it. a friend told me that you should order a pizza "well done". i guess they cook the pizza a little more so the dough remains more crustier? so the toppings don't overcome the dough and make it too soft or wet. Raymond's pizza crust texture is one of the best i've tasted. maybe next time i will order a pizza with less toppings and order "well done"....
