As someone who doesn't typically leave reviews, I couldn't resist sharing my outstanding experience at Chicho's. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional dining experience.

Let's start with the star of the show: the food. The pizza at Chicho's is nothing short of legendary. Her attention to detail, genuine friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond made our meal truly memorable. I like their wings, I’m giving this a 1 star review because of the disappointing customer service they showed. So, I arrived at 8:30pm- Since the guys was ladygaging and playing around, discussing girls and clothes, I patiently stood at the counter/register until 8:43. A gentleman dressed in a black du-rag , black shirt, black pants, walked to the over without even acknowledging there was a customer at the counter. There was even a guy sitting at the front (wearing grey hat , dark grey hoodie, khaki pants ) in the entrance of the store. After probably about 5 minutes, he get up and walk to the back, in the kitchen area. I’m confused At this point! After becoming impatient, I called to just place my order and have them deliver it to me. To my surprise and after 5 rings, the gentleman in the tie-Dye shirt finally came to the front to answer the phone. When I asked him were they not answering the phones tonight, and holding my phone up showing him “yes, I’m calling” he just looked at me confused. I just shook my head. I Finally got my wings ordered at 8:48. He Told me it was gonna be 15 minutes. I received my wings at 9:15. Horrible Customer...

My wife, my 8 month old and I went right at 11am when they opened. Service was amazing. Our waiter Justin made sure our drinks stayed full and gave good descriptions of food and how the cooking process works. We orders the garlic knots for and appetizer. I would rate it 4/5; very good crust and fluffy inside, the garlic butter used was good and not to salty would definitely order again. For our entrees we ordered a personal pizza All The Way. I would rate the pizza 5/5; the crust was crunchy and not to much dough, the toppings were cooked perfectly and melted into the cheese so they didn’t all fall off, we got the garlic and herb sauce instead of marinara. The pizza was still moist and perfect. Second we orders 10 buffalo garlic Parmesan wings. Once again this is a 5/5. The wings were crunchy, meaty, juicy, and well topped with sauce. Now for the crown jewel, the Cho’ Zone a full 6/5, this thing was a full 10” personal pizza fully loaded with toppings and cheese folded in half to create an amazing calzone. Had a ton of left overs for a second meal so for 60$ this was a great place the eat. And...
