Sorry...but I did not get the whole great service as some others commented nor did I Get the best beer choices etc...they only have 5 drafts...and standard bottle beer selections...
Bartender never came and asked about anything concerning myself OR the meal..the beer selection is mediocre only five drafts and Only two are note worthy and of the two one some people would say that brewery is a sell out...the batender coulldnt describe the draft beer I had unless they read the brewery print off.
As for the meal... ribs..I ordered a half..we got 4 ribs...so that tells me a whole is 8 ribs (baby back ) and they want 25 bucks for a whole (if I read the menu correctly) and that is another thing never been to a place where 4 is considered half.....I ordered half rack with rings and baked beans...blah on the beans they looked and tasted right out of the can...
..menu is all over the place and extremely confusing...they advertise bbq, ribs and seafood and the place is called Southern Flair...don't see how that even leads to a southern flair but that is only a marketing branding issue...
On a very positive note ..loved their onion rings.
So all that being said I thought they were really new as on opened in January but they opened in August ( A person at the bar told me) so...
My first impression...blanch now here's what I would fix..southern flair means southern warmth compassion bless your heart, love to see ya y'all come back ...ATTITUDE...increase that enormously...
Increase the hospitality (southern charm) and we will see...
Now my friend was also their and his first visit as well he also agreed with me...
I'll give it another shot for first impressions can be wrong AND people can have a bad day and it's possible the staff were indeed Having a bad day...

Read moreThis was my first time here & my last. Service was horrible but charged us an auto gratuity. It was my friends birthday and she had her get together there. After we received our food, no one ever returned. Several people told the staff SEVERAL times that there were some who never received their checks, at one point the birthday girl told the dj, “can u please see where the young lady is that is serving us!” I received my ck and paid it. After about 2 hours of asking, we left. SERVER NEVER RETURNED ALL NIGHT, bought food out & no water no nothing! 3 of is in the party received our cks - we was there 1st & the others ordered when we paid our cks, once the 2nd half of the party received their food - we never had service after that point. That night I had the charge for my food & drinks AND GRATUITY- $36. Ok cool - Sunday the other person who received a check texted me and said was your charge right on your card - I told her Friday it was, I look at my account and these folks ran my card for $72.00! My thing is my friend reserved the table - so they had her number to call & say sorry we didn’t come back to ck on you ??? How would u like to settle up or do u mind us putting your charges on the other guests in your party. We called n left several msgs - the birthday girl apologized to us - it wasn’t her fault- we just had piss poor service. The birthday girl called and called so she finally went there and spoke with management. Mind you noone ever returned our call. FIRST AND LAST TIME AT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL...

Let's start with the positives!!
outside smoking section where drinks can be brought. I don't smoke, but it is an important feature for a bar! big bar (this is also a negative the way it's set up). plenty of TV's. VERY nice bartenders. excellent ribs.
Now the negatives. That I hope in time will be fixed.
poor wine selection. If you are going for a more sophisticated clientele, then have something better than Gallo. They need to have a much bigger wine by the glass selection for both whites and red. the left side of the bar set up is poor- who wants to just stare at a wall. Does not promote any type of conversation with other patrons. Should have been a U shape. menu needs more Southern dishes rather than just pub flair. After all the bar is called Southern Flair. Owner should be onsite during the first six months of an opening to meet the patrons and understand what is and is not working. out of their control now but the location is poor.
