1/20/23 DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! came back to say this place is still TRASH !! These PEOPLE HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE NO WHERE NEAR PROFESSIONAL. ANOTHER INSTANCE WHERE WE ORDERED ONLINE FOR DELIVERY AND WAS CALLED AN HOUR LATER TO SAY IT WAS GOING TO TAKE ANOTHER 1.5 HOURS for pick up, delivery would be 3 hours. When asked why the tracker said my pizza had been prepped the employee who answered the phone "yo" (i kid you not) said our order was 9th and hadn't been started. After an hour? So you mean to tell me you can't make 9 pizzas in an hour? Why not? WHY DID MY ORDER SIT IN THE SYSTEM FOR AN HOUR ONLY BEING THE "9TH" TICKET and I only got a call an hour later to inform me that it would take 2 to 3 more hours for a pizza? I need to feed my kids! It's unacceptable to be waiting this long for food that isnt made and isnt coming. The moment the order came in and couldn't be made or delivered in a timely manner that's when the customer should be contacted not an hour later. This location honestly has no business offering delivery. They have no business being in business. If Domino's were smart they would scrap this franchise location and never let the franchisee open another location with them ever in life. I'm almost positive the employees are doing these things on purpose so they won't have to keep making and delivery pizzas.
No stars! I ordered a pizza for delivery at 8pm. Called an hour later to see where it was. Was told it was in route. Called back at 11pm to be told that the pizza in fact never left the store and now there is no delivery driver there to deliver my pizza. To add insult to injury the manager acted as though it was my problem and not theirs. Not to mention she's not wearing her mask over her nose and has her hands at her face. Read moreI have been struggling with leaving this review for several days. I HATE leaving negative reviews. I love Domino's and I work late hours, so I order delivery pizza more than I should! This location has had the occasional mishap: overcooked food, cold food, missing dipping cup, annoyed team member on the phone when you call about the error. I can deal with this, ish happens, but I ordered earlier this month and it was honestly the last straw. I got home later than normal and decided to order pizza bc I didn't have the energy to make something. I placed my order through the app at 11:20. At 11:33, the pizza tracker said my food was out of the oven. By 12:35, I still hadn't recieved it. I was trying to call the store to cancel the order, because, at that point, I just wanted to go to bed. I got the automated system and waited on hold for a full 10 minutes, but no one would answer. Resigned to having to stay up and wait for this, I hung up. At 12:47, pizza tracker said the order was finally out for delivery. At 1 a.m., it finally arrived, almost 2 hours after I placed the order. I said to the driver, "wow, you guys are busy tonight!" He just stared at me, confused, and then said, kind of slowly "uh, yea." Once I got the food inside, it was, of course, stone cold. I have had so many issues with this location that my "insurance" through the app no longer works. It just says, "we are sorry you have had so many issues with your order. Read morejust 1.5 hours ago i experienced the worse customer service in my life. i put in an online order for delivery. 25 minutes later i get a call asking when i was gonna pick it up bc theyre short of drivers. i looked at the phone to see the number bc i thought my son was pranking me. i asked what about my money. the young man said it will take 2-3 days. i said how am i suppose to call soneone else if u guys have my money? i said i can come later to pick my money up but i cant come now bc i have no car. he says let me get the mgr. n put me on hold. 10 mins later i called them on my house phone. the same person answers. i asked for the mgr, she gets on the phone and this is when it all went downhill. she tells me i dont have a order in, then she says i put it in for carryout, it was 1 thing after the other. i said if i put in for carryout why did i get a call saying theres no delivery drivers. she was very argumentive, never once apologized, even saying she just walked in. by this time im livid. so i finally say what about my money bc i dont want the food now even if it was free. she tells me it depends on my bank. so now i have no food and no money and im suppose to be happy. basically she said with a ghetto attitude well i can give u a credit and coupon for free food for next time... there will be no next time. i asked for the corp # she said go online if u want it n hung up...im so glad im 44 n the car isnt here bc i...
