This was the dirties Moe’s I have ever had the misfortune of visiting!!! The place was disgusting! It was obvious the employees did not care and had not cleaned in a while and it showed everywhere! There was food on the floor, the counters and tables. I think the most disturbing part was the dirty sani water with a dish rag sporting in the bucket by the drink fountain. Then you have the sani spritz bottle and rag laying on the to go counter. The air vent above the drink fountain had a black trash bag over it sealed with duck tape. The sauce bar looked like it hadn’t been changed in a month and was being used as storage with the extra paper bowls and cups just paying on top. The employees were rude and just stood behind the counter talking instead of taking orders. It is sad when employees do not even care anymore about what the restaurant looks like and feel like even if they clean a little bit it won’t make a difference. Even if they take 5 minutes to clean the drink machine and remove the sani water and dirty dish rag it would make a big difference and show that they care a little bit.

Delicious food, but when I add guacamole and they assure me it's almost a $2 charge, I expect more than a spoonful of guac. (Edited a week after my first review) My husband and I are regular customers here every weekend, but today I had an employee roll his eyes at me in discuss. So because of that I'm changing my review star to three. As he was making my bowl I asked for guac and he said it's extra. So I told him it's not extra since I ordered the bowl, guac comes with it. He said I got the salad and no I know what I got the guy prepped it for me. So he then huffed and rolled his eyes at me. Employees need to grow up and learn not to be rude to customers who are keeping you in business.

I am done with this restaurant! Not just this location but all of this chain. Spent $24 on 3 tacos, cup of queso, medium drink and a tip. Quality of food is horrible for the price. Which is outrageous! Always liked Moe’s for their food, but it has deteriorated over the years. The pic I attached is a taco with black beans, steak, pico and jalapeños. The tortillas have shrunk over the years while the cost has increased. Disappointing! Do better or you may end up being being a chain of the past like many before.

Been going to this location weekly for years but as of last Sunday, I've elected to move on. It's always sad to see your favorite staff move on, but it's even sadder when a slough of undertrained and rude employees replace them.

The bowl comes with Guacamole in it. For the last 4 years, nobody has once had an issue with me getting it on the side instead of in the bowl. These people didnt either, but what they didnt say was that they'd be charging me for the Guacamole that would otherwise be free and more plentiful inside of the bowl. I pointed out to their new manager and they basically told me to go stuff myself, and I had to pay because it was on the side. I guess I had to pay 1.39 for the little plastic cup that they give away at the salsa bar for free.

Trying new locations now, I'll keep you guys posted. Sad to lose a weekly customer over a dollar, but it was the attitude that chased me out more so than the charge, considering I was polite as can be when asking why I was charged. I suppose they dont feel that way though.

That being said I cant wait to go back post Covid when the salsa bar reopens. I plan to loot thousands of dollars worth of 1.39 plastic side bowls from the free salsa bar and make off like a bandit.

The four stars are for the four years of good food and service I received there in the past. As the moes currently stands, they have earned...

Absolutely ridiculous. I waited 15 minutes because the one single person I front of me wanted steak. They were cooking the new batch of steak, so she had to wait. But rather than moving on to me and my order while she waited, I was quite pointedly ignored. An online order was completed, so I know it wasn’t they were out of everything, I was just not even looked at until this lady’s steak was cooked. Never mind the wriggling and screaming infant I was holding in my arms, or my older daughter with me. I wasn’t even asked if I would be wanting steak, or notified the steak was cooking. I waited for 15 minutes without any sort of acknowledgement. As soon as her order was done, the kid at the counter asked what I wanted. Suddenly I wasn’t invisible. That’s when I verified why I waited, he confirmed, so I left. It just blows my mind that the line forming behind the lady would be so unimportant...
