Let me start by saying this; I do not recommend this place if you want Vietnamese Food or you consider yourself a Foodie.
Atmosphere was clean but I was also the only person eating at the time(2pm). I ordered an Arnold Palmer, Pho Yeah Large, Viet Coffee, and Spring Rolls App.
The Spring rolls came first, and it had a weird firmness to the texture. My assumption is that this was not fresh. Peanut sauce was okay, but extremely broken.
For the drinks, I can hear him ferociously stirring my Arnold palmer and drink came to the table with bits of tea leaves and tasted nothing like a sweet tea or lemonade. Pretty much tap water with lemon.
The viet coffee was worse, if you pride yourself with coffee; DO NOT ORDER IT FROM HERE. First off, why do you need to use the microwave. What happened to Vietnamese drip coffee and a glass of ice? This is extremely lazy. He once again ferociously stirred my drink and it came to the table in a to-go cup. This also tasted like tap water and had no balance of coffee and condensed milk. Extremely upset about this.
As for the Pho, extremely basic and the broth tasted water down. I recommend going anywhere else if you want pho. Served with bean sprouts that were wilted.
This was not worth the money, and will preach again: if you want good Vietnamese Food or you're a Foodie, do...
Read moreWe used to come here to enjoy amazing service and food. The new management has changed everything for the worst. Dine in party of 3. The man got his food, 15 minutes later the child got her food, and the order was never captured for the woman. The guy working there is not of Asian descent and does not speak good English or make any effort to provide service. Others who entered and had to stick their head into the kitchen area after several minutes to let him know they were there. The food was not good. No fresh herbs were used in any of our dishes, including Bun and Spring rolls and pho. No limes, no basil, no jalapenos, no bean sprouts, no pickled onions or carrots were served with our food. The spring rolls only contained browned iceberg lettuce, smooshed carrots, and 3 shrimp, no vermicelli with no flavor and slimy texture to the rice wrap. The peanut sauce tasted like store bought salad dressing. The spicy Lemongrass chicken had no flavor and poor texture. It was so bland. Dishes were far from what was advertised. We will never go back. It was a horrible experience at a place that used to be top notch. If you are debating on coming here, do not consider older reviews, as that was from...
Read moreMy friends and I happened to run across this restaurant. It was about 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close. Normally I don't like going to a restaurant that close to closing but they made us feel welcomed. Even when I suggested paying for our meals so that they could close out their register, the gentleman told us to take our time, there was no rush. I know when I used to work in a restaurant, that wasn't my story. Lol!
As for the food, I had Lemongrass Chicken with Vermicelli with a spice level of 3, and egg rolls. My friends had the vegetarian pho and vegetarian chow mein. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals! One of my friends sampled my noodles and thought it was too spicy. To me, it was good. I did add some of the chili on the table. It was dark red so, as I figured, it was extra spicy. My bowl contained lettuce, cucumber, and tomato in addition to cooked peppers, onions, chicken and noodles. I would not have paired the lettuce and cucumbers with the cooked food in the same bowl. Surprisingly it was delicious!! The egg roll was crispy and flavorful. It wasn't greasy like a lot of places.
This was an excellent find! Both the food and customer service...
