I places an app order. I had special instructions which were not followed. I asked for the sandwich to be cut in 3's and for the pepper jack cheese to be replaced with provolone. The sub was not cut, and there was NO cheese on the sub. This place used to be 100% better before they switched owners. It’s very disappointing to go to a place that you used to love and now it’s turned terrible. Terrible service, attitudes and they NEVER answer the phone! I recommend going to the subway down the street on Cedar road, you won’t have to wait super long and you will be satisfied with the customer service and the food.
