We had a horrible experience tonight! I ordered on the app like I usually do, since they rarely get the order wrong this way. I got in line after making the order. We waited nearly 45 minutes between getting in line and receiving our food.
When I got to the speaker, she asked me to repeat my order. I pulled up the app to make sure I said everything right. The app indicated that my order was already completed! Lo and behold, when I finally got to the window it was already bagged and sealed. No telling how long it had been sitting there, plus all the food was room temperature.
When we got home, my son's soft taco meat was all throughout the packaging. My beefy 5-layer burrito was made hodge-podge at best, and I'm sure they did extra sour cream instead of the requested "light" (and all at one end of the burrito).
I called tonight to ask for the store number, so that I could leave a review with them. The lady on the phone gave me a random 3 numbers, when apparently the store number is 6 numbers.
Well. We have had several negative experiences lately at this location. We will certainly not be coming back here!
Update: well, we ended up still coming here because it's not far from home. Yesterday, however, I happened to be in Greenbrier. I went to the taco bell across from Priority Toyota. Omg, it was amazing! Even more proof that the Taco Bell in Dominion Commons is...
   Read moreThis place takes the cake for WORST atmosphere and service. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from the employees and such laziness.
The workers would openly complain about their jobs and slam the drive thru windows at the customers. One employee even said "If more people show up, I'm going to cuss them out." Another employee even complained in front of us about how she HAS to make our food, while rolling her eyes at us, like we wouldn't notice. If they have a problem with their job, they should not be openly shouting their complaints or saying things that sound like a threat towards the customers. Some of us are just trying to get our food and leave.
The food was also poorly prepared. They didn't fully wrap the crunchwrap or the burritos, causing the ingredients to spill out. For instance, the crunchwrap had an unfolded corner and all of the sour cream and tomatoes fell out of it. Same thing with the burrito, the beans were on the wrapper more than the burrito itself. Also, some items were not properly heated up, like the chalupa, which had cold beans and cheese.
We, as customers, expect to be treated nicely and be in a safe, professional environment. This kind of behavior should NOT be tolerated at all, and someone SHOULD absolutely take care of the...

As a 16 year old who was raised in a strict christian household my top value with adults is to show respect, which I always have. This is why it made it seem so crazy that I was being so mistreated by these full grown managers, including being screamed at over the phone for doing something ANOTHER MANAGER had told me to do, or not being allowed to leave to take my grandpa to his doctors appointment, and being ridiculed and yelled at by a new manager.
